0 stars. Lady was talking through the headset in-between cars. Ordered online to be picked up IN the location, not through the drive through, which had 7 cars ahead of me. Food was ice cold, nor anything that the new wendys bags say on it.
It is always sslooooow at this location. It is the only one on the way home from the barn so no much choice if we want Wendys. Food is a expected.
Just went and ordered 2 ten piece nugget meals. The drive thru guy was rude and then when I got home there were only 8 nuggets in each meal, one thing of fries and the drinks were not full.
If I could leave negative stars I would. They forgot my burger, literally shorted me the main part of my meal told me that they realized that, but I had to drive back up there to get it. I told them I was 15 minutes away and that my food would all be cold if I’m gonna drive back up there I want my full order. The manager Bunny said she can’t do that unless I bring back all the food which I explained to her I already left at my house to come back up and get the food. She then answered and said she needed the food back to cover her losses for the night. How about my losses..,my gas to drive 30 minutes and my time! Very disappointed with management at this location. I will never be back. Thanks for nothing and the ice cold food.
The prices at all fast food joints are crazy now, but Wendy’s takes the cake. $22 for two combo meals?! I could go to a real restaurant for that. This Wendy’s is also CRAZY UNDERSTAFFED. There was one, yes one employee at this location. It’s a joke. This review would have been one star if it wasn’t for how nice this employee was.
The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger & when I opened it there wasn’t even a burger patty on it!!!! This was after 20 min in the drive-thru with only one car in front of me. I had to repeat my order 3x & she still didn’t get it right. I got spicy nuggets vs reg and two pops vs a pop & a lemonade when my receipt clearly said a lemonade!
Rudest customer service ever. Also slowest, spent 20 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. Then waited another 15 for them to make 2 burgers for my order. It's a shame they closed the other closet Wendy's. This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Would recommend eating dog food before wasting your time here.
Ordered food from here and all of their employees showed up late. Great crew there. Well the order was canceled and they lost my business forever
Hate to be a Karen but I was called a liar when I ordered spicy nuggets. So in honor of having terrible customer service I have added a picture of my mobile order! Kudos to the lady who is illiterate and called me a liar.
Terrible customer service and horrible food. Any other wendys is better than this place. Drinks halfway filled, no straws, and got a small when I clearly stated a large.
