I'm all for the fight for $15, but when my wife comes here it REALLY makes me second guess that choice. Slow service, orders wrong on a consistent basis even after repeating my order 4 or 5 times. Avoid this place like it was under quarantine.So it's 4 years later.... ITS STILL TERRIBLE. I went there out of convenience... Never again. Woman at the window argued w/ me about my order. Then varifies my order with coworker only to hand me the WRONG order. If, at this point, I could give negative stars, I would.
Always stop serving food super early due to staffing issues which I understand. But I usually order food through the app and they offer no refund on the food you ordered through the app if you get there and they have stopped serving food. They chalk it up to “we aren’t trained on that”. Probably just an excuse so they get your money and don’t have to refund you. Do better!
Never open the hours they post. Always short handed. Always slow. Only Tim Horton with no sweets and low. Wish there was another in my area
Not sure what going on here but I'm trapped in line because apparently their doing shift change and counting the drawer. Makes zero sense!. Is that the only drawer they have?. Do they have to stop production to count a couple dollars? I mean I've been here for 20 min and counting. I think it's lunch break and everyone is on it. Poooor management!. They must not know how to stagger lunches
I really enjoy Tim Hortons. I like this location because they seem to always get my order correct and they are polite. Other locations aren't always the same.
I'll give 3 stars for effort because I know the pandemic caused hiccups in many businesses, but this was by far the longest wait I've ever experienced at a drive thru Tim Hortons location. Not only did we sit at the speaker to place our order for an extended amount of time, but also at the window. We had cars honking behind us as if we were the problem when our order had yet to be taken. We asked for 2 ice caps, a sandwhich, and a donut. We waited at the window for another extended wait to be handed the sandwhich, 1 iced cap, and a substitute donut because they were out of the one we asked for. We asked for our other drink and apparently we were only rang up for one, so we told them not to worry about it and to just give us a straw at least as we already waited such a long time. Truly hope this location gets it together soon as we won't be back probably for awhile.
Worst customer service ever. Waited in line for 20 minutes just to be told they wouldn't make a jug of coffee that I needed for an event because they were too busy. They were so rude. Also lobby is still not open. So ridiculous.
Hey it's doughnuts so it's always going to be a good stop. They did forget to give us the strawberry donut they up sold us, so that was a bummer having to go through the drive thru again.
Worst Tim Hortons ever!!!! 5 times I went there and 5 times they didn't have something on their menu. Drive thru clerk was rude and very unprofessional! Never again! I'll go to Dunkin!
Drive thru was quick. Like everyone else, looking for good help. Coffee was hot, donut was delicious.
