I’m only giving two stars because my order was correct and there wasn’t a long wait time. However, as dry and hard as the chalupas were I would have preferred to wait if that meant it was going to be edible.
This Taco Bell is THE WORST!!!! The absolute worst. They mess up my order every SINGLE TIME. My last visit they messed up my order, I called, they kept picking up their phone and hanging up. No one would answer so I drove up to show them I got ALL the wrong food. Manager was sitting in a booth talking on her cell phone just hanging out and when I walked in the door she was super confrontational and before I could get up to the front counter she was super aggressive and said “what’s wrong?” Like I was inconveniencing HER. This Taco Bell is THE WORST. I’d rather waste my gas and miles and drive 20 minutes away to use another Taco Bell.
scammers!!!! the menu pictures and pricing is different from what they actually sell and charge you for.... ordered a toasted cheddar chalupa box (did NOT ask for deluxe) and they upcharge every time with no request.... it's the second time! their menu is wrong or their pricing or both?oh and they forgot the sauce and were out of Baja Blast of course LOL
Went to this taco bell at 10:40 am with my fiance. We wanted to sit inside because we thought it would be nice to get out of this heat. The doors were locked but we seen 2 other cars with people sitting in it. We believe they were employees that didn't say anything. We observed a jeep pulling into the drive thru only to drive away they said they were told they were closed.
We went at about midnight after a concert. Whoever was working made excellent food. That was some of the best taco bell we have had in a while.
I arrived at this location at 8:40 in the morning on Saturday May 28, 2022. I went through drive thru and they said they need 10 minutes to open and I waited said it’s fine. They then said I had to leave and they weren’t serving breakfast. I called the location and the woman working was rude and a man pretended poorly to be manager and clearly was not because no managers would handle a situation this way clearly. I’m in customer service as a manager myself, and I would definitely let these employees go because of how I was treated as a customer. Worst service ever and I will follow up when they actually get a manager. I had a family of 4 ready to eat there too and it was very gross how we were treated. When I left, I saw the employees laughing about it through the window.
We were missing 2 sides of sour cream, a spicy potato taco and a 12 pack of Cinnabons.. I have the receipt on the app and have tried calling the store multiple times only to be ignored… there should be something on the app to let you complain and be compensated since obviously the store has too many complaints to manage alone.
The Mexican pizza was delicious. Y'all should have never took it away. And also y'all need to bring back the grilled steak stuff burrito asap.
Absolute waste of my time and money, they messed up the order so bad. Please don’t go here, I read the reviews before I went and thought maybe it’s not that bad but I was wrong. I don’t know how this Taco Bell location hasn’t closed down yet.
The employees are always nice. The food is fresh and good
