Waited at counter 10 minutes while 2 employees seemed to be taking drive thru orders. I assumed that’s what they were doing as they never made eye contact with me or acknowledged my existence. There was also a female employee at the checkout talking on the phone and making no effort to assist customers. One of the 2 guys that were ignoring me was acting like he did want to be there. Employees and owner both require customer satisfaction training. Very poorly run operation. I walked out and will never return to this place.
We walked in and there was no one in the restaurant. The guy never looked up as we waited patiently. Then another guy came up and was standing there. The first guy got very angry because someone said he had made food and apparently the order had been changed /cancelled. The second guy was going to take a drive thru order when the first guy said “hopefully they won’t want more than 2 sandwiches “. The young lady was on the phone. We very politely said we were ready to order BUT we’re still ignored. No one there cared or even looked like they wanted to be there. We walked out!!!!!! They still never looked up…lol. Nice surprise we walked next door to Hungry Howies and were greeted by a polite young man who took care of us right of way. Will not return to Subway but will go to Hungry Howies again
There were 4 people working one employee was on their phone one taking car of drive through along with filling the line back up, and who knows what the other 2 were doing, We were told they had to clear the line before we were serviced.Not happy and will probably not return.
The last couple times I've tried to place an order there has been 3 or 4 employees on smoke breaks right outside the back door but I'm told they're too busy for me to place a drive through order.I believed it the first time, but the second time it happened in a row after seeing a bunch of people on break out back. It is clearly just an excuse they use.It just seems like they have a lot of employees that simply don't want to work.
Staff was horrible, especially the dark haired guy with the beard. Very bad attitude, yelling and cussing into the headset and in front of all the customers and complaining loudly about how much his job sucks...this was Saturday July 9th
Supposed to be open until 10. Refused to serve my daughter at 9. You need to be accurate with your hours. Gas is not cheap.
Rude employee over the speaker. Sat in silence for a while, never once did they say “we are helping other customers, we will be right with you” then the employee tells ME what I’m getting on my sandwiches. Umm, no! I will tell YOU what I want on MY sandwich. Just very unprofessional. Won’t be back
Never actually able to place an order 7:45pm on 5/5/22.....The 2 employees were more interested in completing drive thru and didn't even acknowledge me when I stepped up to the counter. I waited a couple minutes when all of a sudden one of the employees (yellow / green hair) while assisting the woman in line ahead of me tore his headset off and yelled an obscenity then threw the headset to the ground!!! My jaw dropped.....Apparently he indicated to his fellow team member (Mia) that the headset battery died.No apology or acknowledgement to the woman in line or to myself....I waited another 30 seconds or so and after no interaction, I walked out!!!!! Horrible experience, and horrible customer experience.I like Subway and I have had great customer service (at other locations), however, this was unacceptable.
Personally my experience at this Subway location was awful. The so called “manager” with purple hair is the rudest person in there. Treats her staff like terribly. This is more than the second time that I witnessed her being rude to a customer (s) so he Started getting loud and than she tried to play victim like she didn’t just yell and be rude to him I front of what looked like a rush! The lady with no teeth is also rude So I never let her make my sub. She is always yelling and being rude to customers. These two have the worst costumer service in THIS WORLD! These two are some of the rudest workers I ever met in my 46 years of living. I just lost my wife due to cancer , am struggling paying bills and you go into a restaurant expecting great service ESPICALLY FROM A MANAGER! Will never be attending this subway again and will be spreading this word to the facebook group Waterford everything! See how how much business you get now! Those two old ladies need to learn to be nicer! If they don’t like their job they should quit! Or the owner should look into new management! Cause whoever is running this sub shop is gonna run it to the ground!
Subway is always pretty ok, but not 16 dollars for a normal sub not double meat or anything like that with a drink and chip. Honestly, the only way to purchase subway is with the app and having friends so when you buy 3 subs risk total the price is not nearly as offensive. The staff were amazing, but I have to worry about the future of Subway.
