Took my elderly mother in to have a cup of coffee in the afternoon. I was taking you in the wheelchair, only to find out there was no wheelchair access in front of the store. And she walk behind your wheelchair in a young man that works there came all the way out from behind the counter to open the door and help us into the store. His mother raised him right. Thank you young man for being so kind

They listen to allergies and cleaned the blender, made my drink perfectly.
my drink is never made right here. comes out looking different every time. just picked up a venti shaken espresso. it has one maybe 2 shots of espresso, it’s supposed to have 4. it looks and tastes like i’m drinking straight oat milk
I originally ordered a venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew and a turkey bacon and cheddar sandwich. My drink came up in about 5 minutes but they forgot to add my sandwich which I then reordered and had to wait over 15 minutes for. Once I left and took a drink I realized it did not taste right. I then read the cup sticker and it was not a cold brew it was a ice coffee with sweet cream.
This place is always slammed when I stop in the morning and somehow always keeping up. They do amazing.
Great coffee however mobile services leave a lot to be desired. You often wait beyond projected time.. today was 25 additional minutes. But biggest complaint: people order mobile to get order in advance. They get behind on mobile orders and have a lobby full of people waiting and close mobile orders.. which I understand. However, with a lobby full of people waiting for orders they put in 20 min + ago, someone can walk in the lobby and order their’s and get their order before all of these people waiting. Does NOT seem right. Where is the great customer service Starbucks claims. I understand in this time we need to shortages… but work smarter not harder
