Oops. They blew it. Made the wrong burrito. Didn’t realize it right away, ate half and really not feeling it. They forgot the guacamole and sour cream. I’m ok with mistakes, they happen. It’s how they’re resolved that counts. Waiter said he’d adjust the bill but when I got it there was no adjustment, same as on the menu. He then told me the price went up but wasn’t on the menu yet. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Not the way to run a restaurant. I would say look elsewhere.
It was ok. They are understaffed much like everywhere, so I can't fault having to wait for an hour. The person before me got the same thing I had Fajitas, their plate was sizzling and it smelled fantastic from where I sat. Mine came out and no sizzle, there was barely hot coming from it. The flavor was good but I've never had a pan of Fajitas meat and veggies drenched and resting in a sauce. It's possibly just cooked different here. I'll give them another try when they are not so distracted.
I have been allergic to dairy for four years. In that time I have never received dairy after explaining what I can’t eat. Until today. I was given beans with melted cheese on it. I didn’t catch it right away. I will be sick tomorrow. When I called to complain she said she was not the one to take the call and they were totally unaware of any of it. I just wanted an apology and an acknowledgment that they would do better. Maybe they will maybe they won’t. But I cannot trust them with my well being again.
The place before this was terrible but so glad they got new owners! The food is finally up to par and the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. Great drinks as well! The Bahama mama is excellent! Five stars is only for a place that really knocks my socks off, so four is good.
Good food, large portions, great service
My wife and I had to drive 2-1/2 hours to drop off her VW Bug and were unfamiliar with the area. Hat a gem.Excellent, legit taco dinner. Salsa was different but delicious. First time in a while that we found real Mexican tacos. The fact that they had Jamaica and horchata was a good tell.Prices were great as well.Cant go wrong here.
Excellent veggie tacos!!!! Best corn tortillas with beans and avocado, cilantro and onion!!!!! Rice and beans were perfect. Jamaica was cold and sweet...everything a plant based person needs and loves!! Ignore the negative reviews and try this place....you might have a great experience like we did
Best place to eat. Mexican pizza is perfect.Don't accept payment over the phone on certain days because only two people know how to work the machine and they don't work all the time........crazy right.
Really good food. Great staff and will definitely go back! Got chicken flautas and a nacho. mmmm
Worst place ever! I do not recommend this place. Go to taco bell you would be better. Cheese dip was clumpyand thick. Asked waitress she said you get what you get here. Food was not good. My daughter kids plate was one chicken breast cut in 3 not tenders. Rice was clumpy and over cooked. My son didn't even get to eat. His food was wrong she said she could fix it it would be 20 min. OMG then i said just take it off the check and she rolled her eyes and left. I went to pay the bill.... 2 young girls were talking to the waitress and never moved out the way so i could pay. They were just chit chatting about there plans for the evening. How rude! I looked at my check and they charged me double for my daughter getting rice instead of fries. Like really you are a Mexican restaurant. Well supposed to be. Charge extra for the rice..... DO NOT EXPECT GOOD THINGS FROM HERE.
