Hard to believe the manager of this pizzeria, was doing everything him self on a very hot day in a very hot kitchen.He was great
I had really been craving some Pizza Hut but I was very disappointed the pizza was not done it was kind of still doing but I love the garlic bread with cheese on it. And I even drove 18 miles to get to this place cuz I really wanted some Pizza Hut
I will not be visiting this location ever again. Don, the store manager argued with me over a credit that was supposed to be issued on May 26th. The credit was not issued as the woman on the phone told me it was associated with my phone number.Upon going in today to pick up my two orders, I was told they would not honor this credit, after he told me I did not order a pizza on the 26th (when I showed him my order on my phone, he still did not listen, great manager skills, right?). I requested the owners phone number to speak with them, all while maintaining my composer, he told me he wasn’t going to give it to me and he is ‘absolute’ there.To note, this was the second time an order was wrong, I didn’t even notify the store the first time, as mistakes happen.I left without either pizza, 300 points, a messed up pizza that I paid for prior, and a true disdain for Pizza Hut. Considering this was over an hour drive each way, and took more effort than I should ever put in and the manager was so closed off to make it a discussion, instead being on the defensive from the get-go, I don’t see myself returning to any location. Good thing Hungry Howies, Little Caesar’s, and now Jets all offer a variant of stuffed crust; and they’re closer.Honestly, this is why customer service fails. If he can treat a customer who frequents the store with this much disrespect, maybe the employees should speak up?
It's pizza Hut, ya love them or leave them, however in my case. I love them, I can't put their pizza in a pizza group. There are a dozen pizza places near me that are nearly the same, an then there's Pizza Hut.
My order was taken by Misty and she was so kind and patient and made sure everything was done right with the promos. The food was ready on time and everything tasted good.
So called to order and my first question was do deliver to my address. They typed it in and said yes. So I placed an order and paid with a credit card. Then get notification that they over charged my card. So with 2 minutes I called back to ask about the over charge on my card. And talked to 2 managers the first manager said that she didn't over charge my card. But every time I use my card I get a text. With the charge amount. The next manager that I talked with said that they don't deliver that far. Ok it's just $1 overcharge. But add that up over time. My card was charged before I was done ordering that's fair enough. But now I get to see if I get my money back. After I asked do you deliver to my address. And was told yes. Then the over charge. Iam leaving this review to make sure I get my money for something that I was over shared and will never get.
I ordered a pizza online at 5:20pm Friday night 1/7/22 and per the online site should have only taken 40-50 minutes. My pizza was not delivered until 7:30PM. I spent a hour calling the local store in Waterford, MI on highland road and absolutely no answer from the store. My call was placed on hold with music playing for 20 minutes, I had to hang up and call the “customer service complaint” line and wait another 15 minutes to be told that I would receive a refund or even a response to my complaint within 72 hours! So, I have no dinner, no money and still cooking after wasting 2 hours!Look at the picture of the pizza I received below with absolutely “NO CHEESE” on, just pizza sauce and toppings, an NO, I did NOT order it that way! So this whole experience was a wasted of time, and money! The whole evening on hold and bad customer service! I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again! Don’t waste your money or time!!!UPDATE- STILL no call back or refund!!!! 1/13/22
Absolutely terrible location... Before tonight I hadn't ordered it in probably 6 months. The last time there was a kid with long red hair that wasn't restrained in any way. I ended up flossing with his hair. So I figured that was so long ago that I could give it a shot again. I am filled with regret. We ordered our pepperoni lovers tonight which definitely costs more than a regular pepperoni. The pizza was cold had hardly any pepperoni, the "extra cheese" is a joke. There's nothing but sauce on this pizza... Completely incorrect. They can't even be bothered to make fresh bread sticks. I used to be a pizza hut manager years ago so I am familiar with the standard. This location is absolute trash!
Great quality in food an service at this location, from my first experience here.Stuffed crust pizza was cooked perfect. Past experience with stuffed crust from closed location, were always terrible. But this location cooks them the right way. Not to thin and not to greasy, just right. Will definitely be back.
The best thing about Pizza Hut is their consistency. You either like the type pizza or you don't. What I do object to is the fact that Pizza Hut has decided to discontinue red pepper flakes free packets as part of your order and is instead offering you a small red pepper shaker to purchase. This is inconvenient and a bad customer service move.
