I have been obsessed with Panera’s Greek salad lately, so I’ve ordered off the Pick Two menu choices. Today I ordered that and the highly advertised chicken sandwich. Today’s sandwich was a huge disappointment. For $10, you’d expect greater care and a consistent product. Instead it was WAY overcooked tasting of burned meat on the outer edges and very dry in the middle. The breading was very dark and also had an overcooked taste. It’s sad that from now on, I have to either not order it or request that it not be overcooked. I had a $4.99 grilled chicken sandwich at Wendy’s recently, and it tasted much better and was cooked properly.
What’s the point of rapid curbside pick up if I’ve been waiting for 20+ minutes. Very irritated
Friendly, nice service. I thought there was a self-service microwave and when I asked, the worker said it was in the back, but she warmed it for me and even brought it to my table, even though I was watching for her to put it in the pick up area. Later someone else came by and offered to take my dirty dishes away.
I have sip club and I get $2 off a drink for my bday. Your guys food was already expensive and you just unnecessarily made all your sandwiches $11 and up. Screw you too Panera. Try raising your employee wages (before, after whenever) if you do prices. You’ve lost a customer here!
I had a great experience today. After inadvertently ordering a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a turkey sandwich for a work order, I frantically asked if I could switch and pay for the mix up. The manager took care of everything without charging me extra. I will definitely be back. Excellent customer service!
My favorite place to eat. I love their chicken noodle soup and Mediterranean sandwich! Worth every penny.
Tried the new chicken sandwich and it was horrible. The food is usually good if over priced, but the chicken on this sandwich was strange looking had a bad taste... went in the garbage.
Love the unlimited sip club especially since they added more drinks. Enjoyed my charged lemonade and bagel.
Ordered a dozen bagels a large coffee and a cinnamon latte for pickup this morning. When it was ready, I went in to pick it up. There was only on of the drinks on the shelf with the bagels. I didn't know that I had to get my own coffee. This is all fine but there was nobody at the counter and the two girls making sandwiches ignored me like I was a ghost. Not even a simple "hi somebody will be with you in one minute", that would suffice for me. No eye contact, no acknowledgment, nothing. When the lady that was working the register returned I asked her if they still had to make the cinnamon latte, I thought that maybe they made them fresh when you came to pick it up. She asked the girls in the back if they made it and with a very, very snotty tone, one girl said I put it on the shelf and rolled her eyes. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the disrespect shown to the lady working the counter from another one of her coworkers. Probably won't be back
ordered a steak and cheddar ot home to find all they did was toss cold meat on soggy bread with so much horseradish it couldn't be tolerated more than a few bites this place is a joke
