This McDonald's prices are higher than other McDonald's that I frequent. Take for instance, all soft drinks are $1 elsewhere. This McDonald's charges $1.39 ($1.47) with taxes.
Consistently fast and it food to eat very good hard working people here and they say hi to me best place to get coffee also good prices but even though unfortunately the price of the double has definitely gone up higher though still nice place to grab a bite to eat or two or three ha ha i shall return here abs eat at it so many times maybe they name me honorary king of McDonald's ha ha. ?
Took my daughter here for an afternoon treat and she loved it.The drive-thru went in a timely manner no backup or wait at all
I understand that there is a shortage of help, but each time I have ordered food it wasn't hot and wasn't flavorful. I've become disappointed in Macdonalds. I keep trying though.
You better double check your order before leaving the window at this location!3 times in a row they've forgot sandwiches, messed up the ones we did get...... ask for every combo in a separate bag so you know you got EVERYTHING....
Used my rewards and got the quarter pounder with cheese for free. Used 6000 of my rewards points for the free item. I asked for no white onions on the burger and they didn’t put any one. Went through the drive through. Got the burger nice and fresh and hot. Friendly service too
Well, I ordered a ten piece nugget, cheeseburger, and a fries. They gave me 2 ten pieces by accident. Which isn't my problem, the problem is I got one sauce and all the food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for a couple hours. I'm not sure why tho, because they weren't busy. I've always had problems with this location specifically at night.
The worst services ever... after being on the line for about 15 minutes, they got my orders wrong and then asked me to go to the back of the line to reorder knowing how long the line was... their excuse was there's no register in the front to change the order, when one of them could have gone to the back and correct it in the 4 minutes they spent making their point. Between 2:35 pm and 2:40 pm on 2/24/2022, all the 5 employees of McDonald's on Elizabeth Lake rd in Waterford MI at that time, performed woefully in their job, I'd rated it 0 if allowed. They without a doubt, clearly would benefit from education on customer service relationships.
I placed my mobile order at 10:21 AM arrived in the drive-through line at 10:28 AM got the speaker at 10:30 and was told they could not honor my breakfast deal through the mobile app because they were no longer serving breakfast. However I was able to order anything from the breakfast menu because they’re doing a courtesy menu until noon. This makes zero sense.
Such a kind and friendly staff. I forgot my debit card and luckily had a few dollars in cash, the manager and staff were so helpful and kind with adjusting my order. THANK YOU!
