You a broke a little girls heart! We live down the street from your location. My daughter and my mom walked to your location to get my daughter a happy meal (b/c they walked they needed to order inside) 10mins past the inside closing. The worker lady wanted to let them in but the manager told her NO, shaking his finger at her. Seriously manager you just closed your inside, it’s not like your store was closed!! Your worker was willing to take the order and not turn them away and she felt bad for the way you treated them!! Get over yourself manager, you are not only rude to your employees but you are rude to your customers.
The staff is always friendly and the food is good however, the fries and hashbrowns always undercooked and floppy. I hope they can remedy that! ❤️

I just left this McDonald's where I ordered a few items and it took the crew 20 minutes to fill the order. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, complaining out loud about the workers and orders. when I finally got our food, the ranch for the mcnuggets was missing so I asked for it as it was on the receipt. the manager or whoever was leading the crew rolls her eyes and says "next time I'll have to charge you". I reminded her that a sauce comes with the nuggets and she didn't put it in the bag (even though we were dining in) to which she ignores me and walks away. the whole crew needs to be fired and replaced!
My food was correct except for the chicken nuggets as i ordered the Spicy Nuggets that were being advertised on the menu and was told by the person working the drive thru that they don't have those with no further explanation. This happened at 1:25pm 4/3/22

The lady at the register was very rude she smashed the money out of my hand and said to go sit down and the fries were warm but food was cold and no drink refills and without knowing I went to refill my drink and got yelled at
Always skips people on line at the outer speaker and makes them wait. Supposed to server bfast till 11 and yet I got there at 15 till and was told they were done. Smh! Bad enough yall took away all day bfast now your cutting it short Cuz your lazy. Food is always stale and cold. I'm done even trying anymore with this location. Was only going Cuz it was convienenty located. Better service and food at any other location!!
I don't know what this McDonald's does differently, but they have the best Diet Coke in the area. Everything else is about par for an average McDonald's, but that Diet Coke though...5 stars!
Worst customer.....my whole order was messed up along with receiving 2 raw quarter pounders. The manager acted like i went home and replaced the cooked patties with raw patties. I wasn't looking for a handout just my order correctly fully cooked and replaced.
