4 cars ahead of me, 35 minutes later I reach the window and was told they were having IT issues for a while. I commented it would have been nice to have been informed when I ordered that it was going to take some time and was told they didn't know. When I pointed out I was just told by her that they were having issues, she slammed the sliding window, knocking it off the track and walked away. Another person brought the food out and the window nearly fell out and she whipped the bag out, tearing it and nearly dropping the order on the ground. She did give me another bag. I won't return.
Their food is always hot and the cheese is always melty just the way I like it. They give me cheeseburgers instead of mcdoubles sometimes, so watch out for that! But they're usually really good about getting all your food and getting it right. Sometimes the line is long, sometimes very long because of staffing issues, but for the most part they are fairly timely.
Most efficient McDonald's we've ever been to. Being from Michigan, we're used to waiting for large orders, even told to pull over in the drive through to wait.. Despite a long drive through line, our large order was correct and the line was surprisingly very fast. Michigan could use some California McDonald's efficiency training! Great job California McDonalds!
I pulled in at 6:30 the only person there it took 5 minutes to ask me what I wanted on the intercom told to pull forward 2nd window. 5 minutes at the window while the manager chatted with the waitress person and they giggled saw me waiting at the window ( had my food ready ) but didn't bring it to the window they continued to talk after glancing my way. I left I will never go back these people are ridiculous!
Best sausage egg muffin I had in 30 yrs. Everywhere else is very dry. Also, very pleasant drive through experience. Thank you
I know they have staff issues here, but that doesn't mean leaving your signs on when you're closed. Or leaving mobile ordering on when you're closed. They have closed at random times every single time I go there, but if you're closed turn your road sign off. Turn your drive thru light off. Turn your drive thru menu screens off. Turn your mobile ordering off. Please stop being a horribly ran business.
Consistently closes early.Extremely slow service. I purposely go out of my way to avoid this mcdonalds.A "large" French fry. Barely half filled.
Didn't have half the items I wanted to order, waited in line for 20 minutes just to get cold hard burgers. I understand it's fast food so what can you expect but when you pay $30 for fast food you expect it to be at least edible and we through half of it in the trash. Worst McDonald's ever, 2 minutes from my house but I will now drive the extra couple miles to go to a different one.
It seems there is some issues with the outside lighting , quite frequently. Your hours state you are open until 12am yet you seem closed past 10 pm.I simply drive past you and down to Burger King.Their lights are on and they want to sell food.
the breakfast sandwich was hot,toasted just right with melted cheese. hot coffee!!very good service and food even though the line was long. kudos to this mcdonalds❤️?
