Placed a order at 3pm for delivery at 5pm on 5/18/22 and at 5:01pm I was still waiting for pizza. I called the store and was told that the store had no dasher to bring the pizza. I received no call from the store to notify me of no dasher and then while speaking with a young lady the phone asking when I can expect my order and what time the phone was switched to a rude man who says yeah! I advise him of problem not know his title or who he was because he did not say when he took phone from young land and he continue to tell me to wait! I asked why no call from their store to advise of no dasher hours ago and he hangs up on me! I call back and ask for refund!This was Absolutely the worst customer service EVER , no customer skills and the rudest establishment! I do not recommend purchasing anything from this store! Horrible service!* the reply was wrong it was at 5pm ! Also I was not screaming! Also why wasn’t there a call to inform the customer that your company didn’t have a dasher! I called to order at 3pm and which was 2 hours in advance. Also when I asked when can I expect the pizza you STILL couldn’t provide me a delivery time.Also the store could have called me the CUSTOMER earlier to let me know you were understaffed and if I wanted to pick it because there was no dasher, but that wasn’t done!As I stated poor customer service! Don’t worry won’t be back!
Love this place. Haven't had a bad meal yet. The coney dog pizza legit tastes like a coney, but the bbq cheese burger is one of my favorites. They never skimp on toppings and all the subs are amazing. The bubble bread and tornado toast (if you like some spice) are soooo good. If you have picky kids like me that only eat certain chicken tenders I must say the chicken and chips here won't disappoint.
AMAZING!! Possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had from around the country. Pizza, bread and salad were outstanding!! Hands down.Their pizza does not even come close to comparison to chain-brands, so you’re not comparing apples to apples (yes, I’m talking to those individuals who say they’re a little bit more expensive.)Customer service was exceptional, as well!! Highly, highly recommended!! If you want to sacrifice and save a few bucks - you’ll get what you pay for. Spend the extra $, the quality is absolutely worth it …especially now, more than ever to support local!
My husband and I really enjoy this place, started going when we found out they added vegan cheese to the menu since I'm allergic to dairy. Wish they would add some more vegan meat toppings or vegan sides to the menu as the closest place to get a fully vegan pizza is royal oak/Ferndale which sucks when you live in waterford. Staff is friendly and items have always been fresh and on time for when we placed the order. Will continue to buy when we are craving pizza.

My family wanted to try a new pizza place, so after reading reviews we decided to try Lucky Duck. It definitely did NOT disappoint!! Everything we ordered was hot, delicious and perfectly made to order!! We will definitely be ordering from here again! Also they have a online order promo that gives you 13% off of your order! Highly recommend!!
Omg I love the duck! The bubble bread was made by angel's! And I've never had a salad from a pizza place that was so tasty. Great job duck!
I ordered for the first time from this place because everyone told me it was great. I didn’t realize when I was ordering that doordash would deliver my order. I promptly called the store to ask if they would insure my boxes were taped with a tamper seal. I was told it would be. When it arrived it was not taped. I called the store to explain what happened and the store owner himself came to my home with a replacement order and apologized for the mistake. The food was fresh delicious and the over the top customer service has me recommending you order from this local business. Mistakes happen. Genuinely good pizza is rare. This is not paid. I’m a real dude…
It's a wonderful place for a treat. They had good subs last time I went there. I liked the Mona Lisa. If I'm remembering right.Far as I could tell, the place has a home-town feel with a family kind of culture. Seems like a good business.I don't know much about the pizza. Their bubble bread is addicting but as I say, is a treat! Not a meal! Haha.
They have excellent pizza. I normally hate getting salads at any pizza place because I usually find them to be gross, and with brown, old lettuce. But this place has the best salads that I have ever had, hands down! The lettuce is always green and fresh.
