Krystal was a great hostess! Extremely attentive to our table. She made us feel “special”. She deserves a raise!
Krystal was AMAZING! She was prompt with taking our order, to bringing our food, to checking to see if we needed anything else. Her laughter and friendly conversation alone is worth coming to this location. She makes this whole place smile! Good comfort food too by the way!!
I like Leo's food and the wait staff!! Our waitress Krystal Boerner was so pleasant and got our food to the table still hot!! The wing dings are a favorite of mine...That time we were eating the fried fish.. delicious!! Fried fish not hard or greasy...we will definitely visit Leo's again soon....
Every time I have lunch here I request Krystal as my server! She is super friendly and very attentive. Great food and great servers! 5 STARS!
Hands down my favorite Coney Island in town! The food comes out quickly and fresh! They just got bubble tea!!!! Rachel is my favorite server m! Even when she is busy she is extremely accommodating and never misses a step!!! She is a major reason on why I keep coming back!!!
I frequent Leo’s in Waterford for breakfast and today I had another quality experience. Great service, fresh food and amazing coffee. Thank you Krystal for the amazing experience! I will be back!
There service is very horrible !!!! I ordered a grill chicken Greek salad it came with nothing I asked for then when I return it told them it was missing chicken & Cucumbers they only gave me small side of undone chicken with no cucumber. What type of restaurant can’t get a simple salad order correct. My first and last time going here.
Dined in today after not eating here for a while. Our server Jennifer T was horrible. From her attitude to her service. She seem like she hated life. If you hate serving that much… get a new job. After she dropped off our food and she never came back until we had to pay. And we waited a while for her to give our check. We had to stack our plates and shove them to the edge just to get her to come back. I need a refill most of the meal and had to enjoy my food with out anything to drink. The worst service I have ever had and I would understand if they were busy. But they were not. Saw her standing back by the pop machine just talking to coworkers. Food was good but Jennifer is the worst. Don’t ever let her serve you.
It's a good place for a quick bite to me... NO COMPLAINTS... Clean, friendly fast service. ?etc but it's just not a GO TO PLACE for me that's all.
Ordered a coney through door dash and they didn't add the hot dog, just a bun filled with chili. I'm done with the entire Leo's franchise.What a shock, the owner left a belligerent response. Who'd expect any less from the clown who couldn't even make a HOT DOG! This place is an absolute joke ? ??
