Order through the app for Quick Pick-Up, grab off the shelf just inside the doors, check order for accuracy in your vehicle, and off you go! It's so easy, and our most recent meals were delicious.
Went through the drive thru… Chicken was cold, biscuit was hard as a rock, no ice in my drink, and I didn’t get all of my change back from the cashier. This should be replaced with a Popeyes and a staff that actually cares.
The food we recieved was disgusting. The biscuits were hard as rocks, look at the pic of a knife sticking out of the biscuit, the green beans looked like they were scraped off something and the corn was hard and looked like it had been mixed with old corn. I did call and they said they would refund the dinner after speaking to a manager and then someone who told me she was the general manager. I asked for a corporate number of which she told me there wasn't one. I had actually already found one just wanted to see what they would say. I will collect on that refund. By the way after trying to eat some of this my wife and myself were very sick the next day with what we believe was good poisoning.
Staff was great. Food was ok. Ordered a tender, it was very small and only had breading on one side. This was annoying because I had to pay an upcharge to get a single Nashville hot tender.Biscuits were not fresh, nor warm.Passible fast food.Again the staff was great.
We went through the drive through for a family pack. In and out in 5 minutes and it was the best chicken we have ever had from KFC. 5 STARS ALL DAY!
Usually this place is great, but got home and the three biscuits I ordered were cold and hard as a rock. Inedible. The side of corn....dry, hard, and shriveled. The potato's are cold but somewhat edible, and the pot pie is fine probably because those are pre made and almost impossible to screw up. Staff needs to take pride and stop just making the motions.
The chicken that I got yesterday, was like it used to be several years ago!!! It was Great!!! Can't account for the disparage in quality between now and previous years. But yesterday, It was "The Colonel Sanders Original Recipe" chicken!!! Please keep it up...
I can't believe I wasted nearly $30 just now. I haven't been to KFC in quite some time and hoped that by going around 5:30pm we would get freshly made food for the dinner timeframe. Instead I can only guess our food was left over from the lunch hour. The chicken was so dry that I literally couldn't chew and swallow it without dunking small bits in gravy (which was the only thing that was "okay" with our meals). The corn was dry, tough, and tasteless. The cole slaw was totally runny and seemed like the bottom of the barrel. Literally everything except for the cole slaw is going to be fed to the dog and that's only with the gravy on everything, otherwise I think he'd choke on it too.
Door was open. I was told lobby is closed but I could order in drive thru. I drive a truck that I would have a hard time getting through. Manager Said I could look at the menu outside. I told him "it's freezing out just let me look real quick and then I'll go order out side" He told me to leave I yelled, he yelled, that place is bad. How can all the order places be open but not them?
What a joke! Placed 2 dinner orders with 2 different drinks. Paid & saw they missed half of my order, seriously one whole meal. The drink went with the missed meal so they had to reluctantly change it. They said I had to go through again to get the rest of my meal. Poor poor management with sloppy rude service. Will NEVER go there again! I would leave 0 stars & they want $15 an hour. What a joke!
