Terrible manager. She got our order wrong so when we got home we were, of course, disappointed. So, my friend called to tell the manager and she responded: "well, there's nothing I can do about it because we rang it up that way." So, my friend didn't get her dinner that I paid for. I think a better reply would have been to offer to redo the order, but these guys were too busy having their own fun and didn't WANT to do anything about it - even though the place was empty. I understand why. Avoid it, people. There are other chicken places nearby that will serve you well.
Fast, accurate, and friendly service.Lobby was clean and it was not crowded. I would go here again.
Famous bowl was obviously made some time before I ordered it. The bowl itself was half filled and had chicken that had been reheated/cooked or cooked for way too long. I also didn't get a straw for my pop. :(
We got 2 chicken spicy sandwiches and when we went to eat them we looked a the sandwich and it was white and raw. don’t recommend
We ordered a 16 pc family meal. The food was ready in less than 3 minutes after placing the order. The food was delicious and still hot when I made it home.
Chicken was good. The mashed potatoes, meh. Biscuits were decent. Coleslaw was good. Mac and cheese tasteless. I'll never order that again.

Ever since covid began this restaurant has been going downhill with their food quality. Staff is wonderful but the food isn't worth it to me anymore.
Quick friendly service and they always have original chicken, not the crispy only option like the other Waterford KFC.
