I wish there was an option for negative stars. They still seem to be stuck on COVID hours and just kinda come in at their own disposal not ever updating hours of operation or anything of value to their customers and then proceed to use last week's oil for their fries and burn everything else they cook. I wish I could say this was only a single experience of mine, but I've tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt many times over the last few years and they've proven themselves worse every time.
Did they change the receipt? KFC was good back in the day ! Haven't eaten there in awhile. Supermarket has better tasting chicken. Very bland..Not a fan anymore.
The only reason we keep trying this location is because it is close to me us, after the last 3 visits to this location that have not been good decided to give it one last chance. My wife went to restraint and entered to lace her order, she was told she had to go to outside window to order, she ordered the 12 piece meal, she brought it home. The chicken was cold, overcooked, very dry,had no flavor and the pieces were so small it was ridiculous. The biscuits were hard and dry, the gravy had no flavor. They always seem to be understaffed, for years!! This is the last time I will never go to this location again. In general kFC has continued to go hill with food quality and portions!!!!
Stuck in the drive thru for roughly 20 minutes and finally get to order and couldn't understand the human on the other end. No way to leave the drive thru so stuck for another 20 minutes trying to leave. Definitely won't ever make another attempt to eat here again
This KFC is way better than it was years ago. My food is always hot and correct. In and out of the drive-thru pretty fast. Much like everywhere else I'm sure they are short on employees yet they are pretty consistent on what they put out. Your hard work is appreciated.
They don't like to give out butter or honey the best part of the meal. Each time we go there we ask for it and never get it. So my corn and biscuits always dry.
They state on the website and Google that they are open everyday, but in the 20+ times I wasted my time and gas to drive there they are closed. Just shut it down permanently because they aren't serving to anyone in this town anyway. You can not seriously have staffing issues since I started trying to eat there in 2021. And I have never gotten to eat there even 1 time out of all those visits because they are always closed. My sister has went numerous times also at different times than me and they have always been closed when she goes too. They do not post any signs saying they are closed to let people know. But there is always multiple cars sitting in the parking lot, so people are there to work. They just aren't actually working.
Horrible place. Food was overcooked, HOW? everything has a timer on it. Found plastic cooked into my chicken breast. Obviously management doesn't care. And don't ask me to give you another try. There are a lot of well run, well staffed, clean KFC's that can have my money. This isn't one of them. ?
I'm usually giving good reviews. But the chicken was burnt, the fries were not at all nice, the drink was good and the potato and gravy was nice but I only ate a small amount. It was so burnt And they were not busy and only had drive thru available. We wanted to sit in and eat we were so hungry haha. Super disappointed ? I guess Im used to better quality in Australia the sad thing is that KFC was bron here and it's horrible. Not the first time I've had bad KFC here in America. Won't be having it again. It's crossed off my list for good now. Different stores different locations all bad.
I went through the drive-thru about 7 p.m. on Tuesday evening and I ordered three chicken strips a small mac and cheese and a small gravy and when I got home I did not get any mac and cheese and the chicken strips were very old hard and barely warm. When I called the manager to complain about it she started yelling and cursing at me so I do not recommend giving this location any business as you will only be dissatisfied
