Not terribly impressed. Pulled into the parking lot. An employee was sitting in her car at the front entrance smoking pot. Food was OK. Waitress was nice. The stoned employee came in a few minutes later and seemed happy.
Terrible food and not a great menu since COVID. Service was good but nothing was hot or tasted good. Definitely won't go back.
Food would have been good if it wasn't cold and the bread wasn't hard our waiter was really nice her customer service was a A but still won't be back
Never had a place of business (food related) put me on hold for 2 mins, I hung up and went somewhere else. I like their salads but that is bad customer service. I called back and they didn’t answer at all. Go elsewhere! Trust me; they are hiring anybody
Good food and great service. The place could have been cleaner though. There was ketchup dried on the side of the booth and the restroom could have used a good cleaning.
The lady on the register was very rude! Customer service was thee worst experience ever! The food is good but that lady just ruined the rest of my evening!
I went through the drive-thru. When I got my food I checked the bag and saw a hamburger box along side the other items I ordered. When got home I opened the hamburger box and it only had my curly fries! So I called the number on my receipt. Surprise, surprise the number was unavailable. I called over a dozen times thinking that someone was just on the phone but no one answered even 2 hours later. I tried to contact them online and I still couldn’t get ahold of anyone. The food I did get was good.
I've been frequenting Kerby's locations for many years. Comfy, clean, with friendly efficient staff. The coney's and gyro's are exceptional as are all menu items. Great breakfast too. Convenient place to satisfy your Coney fix!
2 Chilli dogs for 2.99 on TuesdaysPlus the staff is so funny to watch I love seeing them interact with each other...I stopped wasting time at Leo's on nasty hot dogs and drive to this one every Tuesday and they make the best gyro around too ...by far fast friendly affordable and all around 5 Stars
This place is wacky with its time schedule. You will drive all the way there they're website advertises that they are open, SEE that there are people dining inside. Watching people walk out. And they will straight up tell you that they are closed. At NOON. Sucks that this is the only Kerby's in the area. Ghetto.
