Occasional mistakes like most restaurants... Sadly I have found things on my sub that should not have been there. I assume both times it must have been crumbs on the counter or bins from the "Jimmy peppers"?

Placed the original order for delivery. Manager called me back asking if I wanted to tip the driver, since the new employee forgot to ask. Weird. Got my meal, wrong order was delivered. Called back, sure thing new order on the way after a little bit of pushback. New order isn’t here 30 mins later. Call back, oh it’ll be on its way soon. Few minutes go by, manager calls back says it ain’t coming. Lol waste of time.

Good place but the hours of operation suck.

I have had some really good experiences here and some not so good. It's hit or miss depending on who is working. I get it they are short staffed but just the overall quality isn't there.

The people working at this store are in the wrong profession. Unhelpful and rude across multiple interactions. I love Jimmy Johns and kept coming to this location because it’s close to my home, but the service is so bad I had to stop today. They always get the order wrong and this is confirmed by others who have left reviews of this store. At one point I stopped tipping for delivery, which was only 3 orders of not tipping, because the order was always wrong and then on the 3rd time the driver was banging on my door demanding I tip for poor service. So they will make sure they are getting their money, but your food orders will be wrong and they could care less. I even explained why and she did not care about the order being right just her tip. Before I became an engineer I worked in the food industry for over a decade and never experienced this level of service. Truly if you are going to treat people like this get a different job. If the owner is reading this then you need to hire people willing to take care of the customer and not employees who are solely focused on their tips. The interaction at the store today was the line in the sand. Rude, unhelpful and not willing to take any ownership of their actions.

I placed an order through the drive-through and when I went to pay I realized that I didn't have my card on me. They were patient and so nice while I placed an order through the app. Good service good food and great people

They messed up the whole order. Not small mistakes either they added blue cheese and a horseradish to both subs. Called and the guy said he would give credit but never took my name phone number or order number. Very disappointed and most likely won’t be returning. Iv work in customer service and I would look into a new manager/customer service employee time and date or purchase Nov 8 at 5pm.
