I have never returned a pizza to any store-until today; sausage was dry, olives shriveled up and dry, pizza was tasteless. I honestly believe they sold me a pizza that was made many hours earlier and claimed it to be fresh. Last time for me. I could “Jet” to St.Louis or Phoenix and pick up a fresher one than the one sold to me today. Good bye.
1st of all I have to say Jets have really upped their game in pizza. This store was fast and friendly definitely will be back!!!
32 dollars for 1 large deepdish pizza and breadsticks.?? Also we ordered 2 large pizzas and forgot the pizza that just had cheese and pepperoni on it, THE MOST BASIC PIZZA THEY FORGET. Also the lady who answered the phone sounded like she had no idea what to do.?♀️
I’m not sure what changed. We’ve been ordered from here before and the pizzas good. We had family in from out of town and ordered a lot of pizza. This pizza was amazing! My entire 12 person family had as much as they could! No one talked, all you head was “umm, this pizzas so good”.
Best pizza and place ever!! Friendliest workers/staff/bosses OMG! Especially the one on Dixie highway delivery is fast and efficient. I mean I don’t need to post this in google because they are already on the top! More power!
Sometimes I get free stuff with my order, but I consistently get burned pizza. Why do you think this is acceptable for customers to take home with how much you charge for it?
Pizza was prepared as requested and was terrific! On time as well which was good for a Saturday night
I order from Jets pizza alot the last couple months. I finally got fed up with them because the order total they give you on the phone and what it costs when they get to the door is more. It has happened about a half dozen tmes. They also can take over hour to deliver the order. That place can go screw it self.
Second Pizza i order from this location, very disappointing my pizza was burned from top to bottom no sauce very doughie where was the cheese nothing but burned topping:(
Ordered a pizza on 12/17/21 and it was delivered ice cold and wrong toppings! Called in an management gave me a credit, which i used on 12/20/21! The girl on phone was rude and pizza was delivered smashed in box!!!
