Just bought a salad, the guy at the counter was nice. However my salad has 2 dead bugs in it! I just paid almost 10 dollars for a salad to have to throw it away!
I ordered two pizzas and a cheese bread today around 530pm. I went into the location to pick it up knowing it probably wasn't ready yet. Paid for it and waited for it to finish. There was I think five people working, phones not ringing, no other customers there, no orders sitting in the warmer boxes.. therefore not busy. After coming back inside after being in the car for a while. A different employee then the first one asks how they can help me? Tell them my name and as he turns around another employee is sliding two pizzas into the warmer thing. (Happens to be my pizzas) he pulls them out then starts looking around. No cheesebread in sight. He walks to the back where all the other employees are only to come back and say "yeah they forgot to make your cheesebread they are going to make one now." At this point I look at the time and realize I can't wait 10 minutes or whatever for it to be made and cooked. I tell the kid I just need my money back. So he calls over the manager I would assume because he had to do the refund. He does not say ONE SINGLE WORD to me no I'm sorry about this or whatever, nothing. He acted as if I was irritating him as he thud, thud, thuds on the monitor. Then turns and walks away. The other employee steps back up and says "do you have the card you put it on?" No, I paid cash. So he calls the "manager" back over again, he doesn't say a word to me. This time thudding even harder on the screen. He hands me my money back I say thank you he turns and walks away. I moved to the area about 6 months ago and have ordered here probably 6 or 7 times. Today will be the last time. Total lack of respect, zero customer service, he never even apologized, let alone offered anything for their mistake.
The manager Brandon is truly a angel ! Honestly extremely kind and customer friendly as possible, his entire team is a reflection of him, The service is extremely fast and the building is clean, my pizza was fresh and he made sure we had paper plates as well as cups with napkins. You can tell some people just work for money but he actually care about people. I’m never going to another location again. Thank you so much.

Buy their gluten free pizza for my son. Only one he has liked.Tonight's crust was hard on the bottom, so bothersome my son only ate the toppings.Called, manager not a bit concerned.Won't be backStore supervisor contacted me today. I cannot give them anything less than 5 stars! The employees that were working tonight are just freaking amazing! They were not only helpful but made my pretty questionable day such an amazing one! Thank you so much ♥️
I stop in from time to time as they stay open a little later that others nearby - I love their jr pizza, the veggie special - makes a quick dinner and they always do a great job in making mine and courteous staff
Garlic Cajun crust was SO SO SO good. Howie bread was alright probably better stuffed. Little light on toppings.
I ordered my food after a hour and never heard anything . It was almost two hours waiting on three small orders . I called the store and the lady I spoke to tried to help to the best of her abilities but told me she honestly didn’t know and tried to find out . She then told me she would let me speak to a higher up . As soon as the man gets on the phone he says WHATS THE ISSUE ? Like excuse me I paid my money and this is how u come to the phone ! I said well hello to u too ( still never said hello) basically just tells me it’s out for delivery and wasn’t apologetic at all ! Then I asked to his name because I didn’t like his Snarky attitude and he says For what? What type of supervisor speaks to people this way ! I will NEVER order from here again! And I will be sure to REPORT Armando or whatever his name it he probably was lying about his name also
Got some bad pizza's(poorly assembled and missing topping options), but the manager apologized alot and fully refunded me. 4 stars cause I appreciate them trying to fix things even with being understaffed
