Seriously one of the best subs I've ever had. Grabbed a free medium Italian sub with a TMobile coupon and it was so good! This place rivals some of the local sandwiche places. Definitely going back.
It's okay, I wouldn't go back. I think they need to work on service, and the quality of the bread was not to my standard. It seemed like everything was out of a bag. I didn't get any feeling like it was anything special. I could have made a better sandwich at home, and the price that you pay you would expect it to be spectacular.
I have got gluten free bun multiple times here. Today they wouldn’t sell them. Also the manager would not come talk to me
Whoever lost their fingernail Thursday 5/19/22 yea I found it in the second half of my hook & ladder. For anyone that thinks maybe it's lettuce.... trust me it's not, it was in my mouth when I found it. BARF!!!!! Also whoever you are I know you knew and had to have been bleeding cause there's a good chunk of meat stuck on that nail.
Good food but omg the service is so slow makes it not even worth it
I ordered 2 cups of chicken and dumpling soup at $6.50 each only to get pure chicken broth..no dumplings no vegis..just pure liquid. I called the store pretty much got a too bad! I called their main customer service line got a sorry to hear that. Since my order was actually delivered by grubhub I'm out of the money! So pretty much just spent $20 (grubhub fees and tip) on 2 tiny cups of chicken broth and the lil cups were not even filled up! DO BETTER!
Approx 10 min away we called to order ahead of time (2pm on a Thurs) and were placed on hold. Completed some drive thru banking and arrived at Firehouse after being on hold 10 min. We assumed they'd be packed but NO, 4 employees and ZERO customers, we walked in still on hold. Why be put on hold? No clue except they won't see another dime of my money.
Always great at this location. A little slow but the taste of the food is amazing.
I love Firehouse Subs I call him tell him it's for rich don't have to tell him what I want and it's made ready by the time I get there nice people work there too
Seriously?I order carryout, put on counter with no bag.I ask for a bag, she hands it to me?How about putting my carryout sub in the bag?Where is customer service?
