Had our monthly family gathering at Finos and it was wonderful! Lonnie our server was great and fit right in with our crazy family. Booked our next months gathering that night! Great food and great people!
Just had dinner there and the service was sub-par. We were seated quickly and and our server took our drink order but it went down hill quickly from there. The server never brought us bread (ok don't need the carbs anyways). After we were finished with our salads they never cleared the plates and bowls they just sat at the end of the table. The waitress never checked on us and I ran out of my drink halfway through my meal and the only time I saw her was when she dropped off the check.Also I felt the prices are kinda high. Most of the menu items sat around $12.99 -$16.99. For my wife, child and I we spent $65 and we didn't get anything fancy except my daughter wanted a smoothie.
Fino's is an upscale diner. They have familiar menu options and a family type atmosphere. Anytime I've been there they're busy. The food quality is consistent to diner food and pricing is reasonable. I've only had one adverse experience here and it was related to a waitress who attempted to speak inappropriately to my fiance about me in an adverse way while I was sitting right there!! She's not there anymore, but it's not because I chose to address the manager, I just never went back. Know your staff or lose customers.
The food is always delicious comes to your table good and hot the only bad thing about tonight was how much is the second Friday I went and had a really bad smell in there and usually doesn't smell that bad
