Stopped around 11 a.m. to pick up some donuts. Asked for 6 differnt specific ones and they had all of them ready to go AND the person taking orders & at the window was EXTREMELY helpful & friendly. Good job Dunkin!

Went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 pre-packed quarts. Open the bag the next day to discover 1 of them was not chocolate chip as ordered. We immediately went back to the store and explained what happened. Instead of an apology for the mistake, Rose, the so-called owner is nasty and responds she will “do it this time, but if someone else was there, they would not have exchanged it.” The employee that took our order was standing there as well and remembered when we came through the drive-thru. Totally disappointed and unacceptable response coming from the owner. I told her that an apology should have been the response, first and foremost. Rose goes to the back and starts mumbling under her breath as we’re leaving out. We weren’t looking for anything free- just wanted to get what we paid for. I’m big on customer service and will go out of my way and spend more at a business that appreciates my business and money. I’ll never go back again!!!

I wish I could give negative star. Worst attitude ever. The guy claims he is the owner. The store is not customer focused at all. Very robotic and unpleasant. Gives you vibe that repels you from going there. I would ook for other location, or stop getting from Dunkin and visit nearest Starbucks.Dunkin Corporate should take away their license to sell Dunkin brand.

Visited location on 6/22/2022 at 7:33 AM. Ordered Plain bagel toasty with cream cheese and medium coffee. Was $6.66. This was not the issue. I had ordered my coffee with sugar. when I came to the window I requested 2 additional packets of sugar. The server said it is EXTRA. WOW!. Now Sugar for my coffee is extra? Will they charge me for cream too. In the meanwhile the Manager came to the window and said, sugar packets are extra...and I said OK, I will post this information on social media. She promptly hands me 2 sugar packets. So, wanted to warn visitors of extra $$ additionally I will reach out to the corporate office to find if this is a new DD policy? Or are the franchise owners who want to make more $$ take advantage of inflation and start charging for everything! ..

Consistent quality of food & drinks but the drive through is usually slow. The dining room is closed during the busiest times due to staffing but it would be nice to have access for mobile pick up to save time in the drive through.

Poor attitude. Not friendly with customers. I asked for extra Matcha in my tea. Always have this and was not expecting them to say no. They have no way of charging for this. Sending a Dunkin lover away sad for such a simple request. I would have been happy to pay. Quite unpleasant experience.

Would have given a fifth star but displeased that when we went there we wanted to see what they had in terms of donut holes but the lobby was closed and only choice was to go through drive thru. Why is it closed when most ALL other businesses like this have their lobby's open?

Sometimes the food isn't cooked well, either too cooked and dried out sandwiches but other times the sandwiches are amazing.Either way, this is my coffee stop most mornings. Coffee is pretty good here.

Terribly rude. The person taking the orders rudely asks "Anything Else" after every single word as if our business was a bother to her? She also was very uncaring and rude when proving the food at the window. I would avoid this location at all costs. Maybe the owner should teach the staff about the importance of providing good customer service.

Open nice and early so I don't have to wait for my coffee!
