Worst experience ever! After sitting in the long line at the drive through because the building was closed. when we pulled up to order we had to repeat our order twice. Then the lady working the drive through said she was distracted to repeat it again. After we paid they told us to pull forward and once we did that we saw people getting their orders before us then the person bringing out the order came up to our car ask us if we were waiting on something and asked if she gave us a number. We didn't get a number plus we had to repeat our order again. Once we got the 3 ice creams we order after that 45 min wait they were half-melted, apparently the workers there are too “distracted” to get their job done correctly
I love Culver's but this location is always disappointing. Over the past 3 times I've gone they have just not added toppings on sandwiches. Sometimes it's just one topping sometimes it's literally a plain sandwich. Oh and the time they were out off large beverage cups and just have us smalls for the price of large. Get your stuff together management this location gives Culver's a bad name.
Slow service. After ordering we waited at the booth for a long time before the Sundaes we're brought over. The Hot Fudge Sundae was wrong as it was chocolate syrup Not Hot Fudge. The peanut butter topping on my wives was pretty much nonexistent. Went up to counter to let them know about the hot fudge versus chocolate mistake and there was no offer to rectify only a "Sorry". We go to various Culver's in different states and this one was a big disappointment.
I try to leave positive reviews as most people only complain but, HOLY F*** do NOT order here. I’d like to say the only thing they can get correct here is a fountain soda but, even that can’t be right. The only thing they provide correct each time is a confusing and an unnecessarily long wait, typically about 20 minutes. Over the 3 years you guys have been here (including the year I refused to eat here hoping you’d replace some employees) over 90% of my orders have been incorrect. I can count three orders … that’s a ratio of one correct order per year. It is not difficult to NOT put pickles on a sandwich … or to even understand not to. what is is getting the pickle juice out of my sandwich. Missing food. Incorrect food. Wrong sizes. Wrong sides. let’s try ordering something else next time … NOPE still wrong I just do not get it … but at least I’m not the only one! #Culvers-employees
The only reason I am giving a one star review and not a 5 is because as I came in to order food before my movie and there was a man in him pajamas touching his hair in the back where the food was being prepared to give to the costumers further more he kept walking up to the staff that was working and being extremely rude. As I'm waiting to order you can hear everything he was saying and watch as he was rolling his eyes at theteam workers. I asked the lady at the counter what his name was and it Bret ot brad to be honesty they look like a group of young kids scared to even say his name because the way he talks to the staff and treats them in front of guest. If I had a young teenager I would not allow them to work here with someone who talks down to his staff in front of guest not only that he gives the place a bad look coming in looking like he just woke up and came into work.
Really good burger ?Good service friendly. Brought our food to the table asked if we needed anything else very nice!Drink station was clean, well stocked.And both ketchup dispensers were full and worked great. Nice ?
Onion rings almost burnt. Fries soggy. Tenders not cooked enough. All drinks had ice even though asked for none. Mystery pickle on sandwich. No sauces. And there wasn't hardly a population :(
FORGET THIS G.D. PLACE- just sat 43 minutes waiting for food after ordering - IDIOTS!! Place was not busy at 7 Tuesday. Burn food! BURNED FOOD. !!fcheeseburgers are burned other Culver’s are much better. Also check your order before you leave the window at this location. Addition visit- changed it to one star review been sitting in the pick up line for the drive-through for 43 minutes already. ? FORGET THIS PLACE!! Corporate needs to examine this site and get some new managers. This is on our way back from a a regular lesson we do. Hopefully they will get it together. Additional review information left later- Their phone is disconnected now this place is totally dysfunctional. And no I’m not going on your website to leave this information I’m done with Culver’s. I wasn’t gonna wait 43 more minutes to get my money back so I just pulled out. SCREW CULVERS.
Good burgers. Good service. Clean place. Fried food is okay. Fair prices. Will be back
