Tried calling for a delivery order just now. Was on hold then the phone rang through and was put back on hold. After 19 mins 10 sec I finally gave up. So disappointing. They could have at least answered and said we’re swamped let me put you back on hold. Poor customer service.

Venessa, David, and team are SO awesome here!They make everything in store daily, it's all fresh. It's also delicious! Best cottage inn around, by far!

Shout out to the staff that handled dinner rush tonight. They were slammed and my pizza was still absolutely perfect. Probably one of the best pizzas I've even eaten.

Have been avoiding this because it's a chain and there's so many private pizza shops around here, but I have to say I was surprised. Some of the better pizza I've had in a while. And the coupons are decent deals.

EDIT. The owners contacted us and we think the counter may have been sprayed and the box soaked some up. At first we got a pretty lame response from the employee which was why this review was made. The owners talked to us and they stepped in to make it right.Been coming here for a cpl years now. But the other day we got 2 pizzas which both had a cleaner taste only on certain slices, Not all slices. Never coming back.The bottom of the one box has a heavy perfume smell.

In my over 50 years of life I can't believe I never had pizza from here, the pizza and bread was delicious!, also great service.

The customer service of this store has gone down completely. Vanessa the manager took my pick up order over the phone but when I arrived to pick up the order, the salad was not prepared. Instead of an apology the entire team in the store tonight looked at me as if it wasn’t a “big deal” that the order that was placed almost an hour ago was not complete. If that wasn’t enough she began to walk away and tell me to “have a good night” which was very dismissive since I was still talking! They are disrespectful and maybe the owner should think about who they put in management.
