Delivery was fast, driver was professional kind and pleasant. Enjoyed the pizza as a first time customer and will likely try it again. Enjoyed the breadsticks as well, better than what Highland House is currently selling.
This place don’t even know where it’s located. It says Roseville but there is no Roseville location
Had an order of 2 pizzas, bread sticks, and a small order of wings. The order took 15 minutes longer than they said which was fine, they were very busy. When I got home I realized that the wings were not with the other food. I called to let them know. Once I got to talk to a manager he asked me 4 times if I was sure then told me to come back in 15 minutes to get the wings. I let him know I already packed my 3 kids up once and would just like my card credited. After I told him that he decided to hang up on me. I called back and asked him why he hung up on me and he said he thought I hung up on him. He said that he could give me store credit and there was no way to credit my card for the wings. I think I will take a pass and go to Lucky Ducks Pizza instead.
Food is probably fine warm, but I'm writing this while waiting for our food, which we will likely eat cold. Food was ordered online and we picked it up. Things were missing and wrong. We called and sent someone to go get what was missing. Instead, we ended up in a 20 minutes disagreement where the staff refused to fix a problem, and insisted nothing was wrong, and that they would check the cameras to confirm we got everything. After a long fight over the phone, we finally convinced them to fix the order, which was literally some sauces and bread sticks for a family member who is allergic to cheese and couldn't eat the other bread sticks. Everyone got to eat cold food while we waited.It's not that there were missing items. It happens. I've never experienced someone flat out saying we were lying about some bread sticks and sauces and fought with me over a simple food mistake. Outrageous leadership and employees. I'll never deal with this company again, because the level of disrespect was just too much.Marinara for our bread sticks was inedibly acidic.
Worst place EVER we were missing sauces and bread and they literally ARGUED with us saying we got all our food and that they are going to watch the cameras! This place is ridiculous.
Just tried pizza here and it would have been good if the dough wasn't soo tough.. toppings were great just seemed like there was no sauce along with the dough.. I hope to try again and get a better result
Great pizza. NEVER order delivery through their website. They use Door Dash drivers. If something is missing or isn’t delivered, it’s a nightmare trying to get Door Dash to fix, because the store can’t. I will not trash their pizza because it’s awesome. I’m gluten free and their deep dish is without comparison. I’ll just be picking up from now on.
For been a first time going the food is delicious and the person that took the order was very polite. Thank you.. Ill be there soon.
