WENT THERE ON FATHER'S DAY ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAD CLOSED AT 3:00 PM AFTER I HAD JUST LEFT THE WALTON BURGER KING BECAUSE EVERYTHING I WANTED THEY DIDN'T HAVE (SPICY CHICKEN, 4 FOR $5.00 BAG MEAL, ECT.) MOST OF THE PONTIAC FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS ARE BAD!!! I TRY TO GO TO THE ONES OUTSIDE OF PONTIAC BECAUSE THEY SEEM TO BE BETTER ALL AROUND WITH THE FOOD & SERVICE!!!!!
So I pull up to the speaker the guy very rudely told me he needed to give his employees a 10 min break so I say ok and shut my truck off to wait. Next he comes on the speaker tells me to leave my place in line so he can tell the 8 cars behind me the same thing. I waited 20 min and your manager told us all to leave the parking lot. So I went to McDonald’s drive past BK and all the employees were out front smoking and laughing and passing it around like it was a joint. Real classy BK !!! That manager needs to be fired I will never come back to your BK. No customer should be treated like that.
I definitely won't be going to this location again. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich delux add pickles and a thing of jalapeño bites. I drove 20 mins to get there with a migraine and drove back to find out that all of my jalapeño bites were empty on the inside besides 2 of them. And my spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was just a regular chicken sandwich LOADED with mayo and nothing else.
Unfortunately they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 & I'm not ready for a cheeseburger at 10:30.... However I was treated to a cheeseburger meal so I SCARFED IT DOWN! LOL ? IT WAS DECENT for fast food & the ?are EASY BETTER than MCD's!
Woman working the drive thru was very friendly. She gave me lots of extra ketchup and zesty sauce which I appreciated because most places don’t even ask. Pleasure to talk to and food was hot and fresh. Will definitely be back to this location!
I had a very court session Friday March 4, 2022 in between cases I went to Burger King to grab me a quick lunch. When I went in one one table had people eating. I was the only one in line. While I was patiently waiting to be helped. I was on the phone with someone. I didn’t mind the wait cause I knew the drive-thu was packed. I waited almost 10 minutes the lady Jennifer the manager noticed me walk in. Not only did she not greet me but she looked at me a couple times. While I was still patiently waiting a guy that was at the dry station told me he would be with me in a couple minutes. I just replied okay thank you! Jennifer then proceed to tell him “I’m not helping her until she gets off her phone” so I then hung up my phone and replied I guess I can be helped now that I’m off my phone. I placed me order with the wonderful gentle men. The. I asked Jennifer why she could take my order. She then proceeds to tell me it’s a rule. I told her even know no signs are posted next time for customer service it would be nice to tell someone in stead of making them wait so long. I waited for my food. Trying not to let the horrible rude manager get to my wonderful day I was having. I go sit my the window in the car back to have some lunch and do my reading. As I start to eat I can hear Jennifer talking badly about me to all of the staff so I walk up to her asking why she is talking loud enough for me to her and she reply well they wanted to know what was going on. Once again great customer service. Went back to the court house and everyone could tell what was going on. I told them Jennifer at Burger King needs a vacation or a new job. I asked for her boss James shipman, Never giving that place my money again
Drive thru guy was very fun to order from. However the cook, did not get my order right.
This has got to be the worst meal I've ever had at Burger King drive up was fast the person at the window was very friendly but the food was cold and terrible and definitely not worth the money I got a quarter pounder King worst Burger I ever had
It's BK. I ate a double cheeseburger with a value fry and immediately had to use the bathroom. Lol
Never ever again, ate here for breakfast and was throwing up back to back for 24 hrs. Highly disappointed!!
