Have had terrible luck here the last few years but decided to give it another shot. Went two weeks ago, waited almost 10 minutes to even be greeted after we were seated, ordered a water for our son, two beers and our food. 12 minutes later we finally got our beers. Another 25 minutes our food came out cold (I worked at this location years ago so I know what the food looks like when it has been sitting a while) my sons Mac and cheese still wasn’t ready she said (you literally pop it in the microwave so not sure what happened there) it came out still frozen. At this point I was ready to get out of there and never return. There were multiple servers standing around, less than 15 tables in the entire place so it’s not like it was jam packed and like I said there were servers just standing around. Never saw a manager, host didn’t even say hi or bye. If this was a shop, would have failed miserably.
Love their wings and the service was great the waitress was awesome but our food took 45 min to come out and it was slightly cold. On top of that the place wasn’t even very busy so I’m confused why our food took so long and felt like it’d been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile
Always great service and wings. Great draft beer selection and happy hour prices.Update: My original reivew is from 3 years ago, pre-COVID. Since COVID, this establishment has been spiraling downhill quickly. The carryout food has been almost fridge temp cold after immediately handing it to me from the kitchen after ordering in-person. We had grubhub deliveries delivered cold in the past and we thought it was a slow driver issue but it clearly wasn't. We dined in yesterday and our fries were cold as soon as we got them. Lastly, the new "Wing Dawgz" are a joke. The advertised photo of them those a chicken tender the length of the hotdog bun, but you get about half the chicken shown. We pushed the chicken tender so that the end aligns with the end of the bun and it barely made it past the middle of the bun lengthwise on all five dawgz that were ordered by various members of our party. We couldn't believe they are charging $6.29 for what is essentially a chicken slider. DWC down the road is going to be nailing this place's coffin.
Our waiter Hannah was AMAZING! They had excellent table convo, great manners and just overall the best waiter I’ve ever had. We even showed her some funny videos and had a great laugh.
Our hostess was Hannah and she was awesome super nice and recommended us to try caramel on the cheese curds. It was awesome she is great she even watched our dumb TikToks that we made here. 10 out of 10! Would definitely come again.
Thank you Syd for being an incredible server. Also, just wanted to thank the staff for their diligence and help. I had a situation start to arise due to a man who couldn’t stop staring and coming up to me. Not only did my server already have an eye out on him, but she and the manager made sure I got to my car safely after I was done paying. The food is always great, and the service is wonderful. Thank you again.
Went there for a fundraiser, incredibly loud! Extremely slow service, had to ask 3 times for silverware after our food arrived and the girl who we had to stop to ask for it brought it back and dropped it on the table with a heavy sigh and an annoyed look on her face. Screwed up a friend's salad and by the time they brought a new one everyone else had finished eating. Drink refills were unheard of. Will not be returning to this establishment
The manager Robert was absolutely horrible to speak and deal with. He’s beyond rude and unprofessional. A cook had to come out and handle the situation that he couldn’t for whatever reason. He threatened to call the cops on my husband for saying he was pissed about our families food being cold after waiting over an hour & half for if. DO NOT recommend this location.
This would have been five stars if it wasn’t for the salsa. The salsa tasted like pizza sauce, it is terrible lol. It’s so bad it’s almost comical. I understand that this is a bar food and wings joint, but good lord buying decent salsa from a distributor can’t be that hard. With that being said the Nashville Hot sauce on the wings was very flavorful, and the service was awesome.
My salad was made just the way I ordered it and my husband's chips and cheese was good as well. Boys had boneless wings and loved them. The fries came out over seasoned dry but I didn't find out until the end but I'm sure our waitress would have brought out new if we had let her know, which is why I'm still giving them 5*. My son ate all of his onion rings so they must have been good.
