I drove all the way from Rochester to stop in hoping this was better then the one on Hall Rd but it was worse. Yes it’s dirty, smelly and food looked old. It smelled like a hoarders trailer filled with old Budweiser cans, urine diapers, cigarette butts, and sweaty hair.I was to afraid to walk out so I made a humble purchase that was 12 bucks. I want my money back it went straight to trash. I felt like it’s gonna give me lockjaw or monkey pox they my gut.Why can’t I find a clean tasty BM to minister to my gut all the sweet nothings a scoop of marshmallow sweet tatas should. My 12 year old self is yearning for those buttery potatoes with dill. How about the delectable creamed spinach - NOT!Don’t waste the gas, time or money!!
The food is great, but you have to eatch when getting delivery. They forget stuff alot!!!!
The chicken is still good, but something bad happened to the turkey. I always liked it before. Now it's rubbery and over processed. I guess that should be expected at fast food, but it has changed.
I received my order at the schedule time, as described, and my soup was still warm. The delivery driver was friendly.
I've been here about 4 times in the past 6 months and every time has been a great experience. All of the staff are always friendly, helpful and attentive and the food is always delicious. I've had something different every time. Thank you!! :)
This is the 4th time now (in probably 6 months) that this restaurant has canceled my order using doordash after confirming and waiting 45 minutes for my non-existent order to arrive. Very very frustrating. I ordered at 7:15pm they are open till 10pm. When you try to call the restaurant it just rings till oblivion. Why be a participating restaurant using delivery services if you choose to cancel over half your orders?? This makes no sense, none at all.
Last time I will ever come into this restaurant. I came in for Thanksgiving and my friend and I bought Thanksgiving meal for us. The employee was not using gloves while handling food. And the place was not clean. Will not come back
Boston Market was good, their Mac and cheese is always on point. The rotisserie chicken was good and flavorful. Staff was very nice.
Visit 12-24-21 Christmas Eve 1pmBoth the managers/staff have been working their magic at this Boston Market. They had a ton of orders coming in and were short staffed. They worked strategically well and kept a great attitude. I was very impressed. I hope they are rewarded with a nice bonus or raise for putting in so much effort to keep that store open and running with the small number of employees who work there. Great job .......and food!
This store is nasty!!!! Look at the floors, tables, windows and even the where they serve the food. Nasty!! NASTY!! Nasty!!! So if they not cleaning the store I’m sure they nasty with making and serving the food. The one guy serving the food stop to eat some dressing to taste the hot sauce while I was next in line. The cashier talking with the other guy that’s serving the meat without a mask on!!! They both talking over people’s food without a mask!!! This place is disgusting!!! They all need to be fired!!! And I’m was in there at 1pm and the store opened up at 12pm(Christmas Day). Next I’ll be calling the health department!
