WORST a management there is. I could not get in contact for almost 24 hours with any manager to talk about my cake order that they did not make correctly. The wrong color and wrong size for my daughters birthday. We did not have enough cake to feed for her birthday party because they gave me a 9in instead of a full sheet which I paid for was the full sheet and no one would refund me or make me a new cake with a little over a day notice. Completely ruined my daughters birthday and my first experience on buying cakes there, I will never go back.

The ice cream tasted old and freezer burnt. Im guessing with covid restrictions sales have been slow so they're now serving ice cream that should have been sold 10 months ago.Ask for a sample, we had 3 different flavors and each one tasted old and granular. Should be a 1/4 star option for this one.
I bought a small 40 dollar birthday and the box was absolutely destroyed! They just tried to tape it back up and there were holes in the box still, the frosting got all over my purse and stained it blue because of the ripped box. Not happy at all

Went to this location twice on two different occasions between 11pm-12am. Both times they were not open yet they claim to be 24 hours. The second time I went there was a person just sitting inside at a table eating and staring at me as I drove by, the drive through wasn't even open yet she was there doing absolutely nothing. Don't post that you are open 24 hrs if you aren't.
I DoorDash and this location never has what they should. Especially brownies. I was told "we almost never have them". They are also rude. DQ down the road is a better choice.
Ice cream was freezer burned. Very slow service too.
I deliver with door dash from here they never have what the customer wants to customers I would avoid ordering here if you don’t want your order to cancel
