I call them a guy pick up he ask me 3 time my name i was telling him but he was so busy with his people talking and laughing then he give that phone to a girl omg she was so rude
Order filled promptly, tried several items and flavors, all of them unique and delicious. Hearty portions. Large seasoned fries were awesome too. Cold by the time I got my carryout home but they can't be held responsible for the crazy traffic around here. All in all, I was pretty impressed and will definitely be back.
NOT OPEN DUE TO STAFFING SHORTAGES. I CALLED, REMAINED ON HOLD "FOREVER".AT LEAST THE PHONE SHOULD TELL CONSUMERS THIS. I WASTED GAS!!!!
First time at Wing Stop…..wasn’t sure about what flavors to choose and the young middle eastern kids were so helpful and courteous. Food was great. Dining area was extremely clean. Customer service was 10 outta 10. Will be back! ??

I think this is the first time I’ve ever given a restaurant a one-star review.I got this as a door-dash order and it was just absolutely awful (and I’m not referring to the temperature). I order the 10 pc boneless chicken combo with parmesan garlic and Korean Sauce, along with Louisiana loaded fries.Well, they got my order wrong, which is fine I wasn’t that upset because they doubled my chicken. I was actually delighted by this as you can imagine. The problem was in how it was made. I have never had such dry and crunchy boneless chicken in my entire life. It was waaaay over cooked.In addition, there were straight up like 10-11 black burned fries in my chicken order. Like potato chips burned. The ranch dipping sauce was also the most mediocre ranch I have ever tasted.Finally the actual fries. Man, these were just as bad. You would like someone accidentally dumped the entire bottle of Cajun seasoning on my fries. I like Cajun as much as the next guy but dang the fries were straight up dark brown. The cheese wasn’t that good on them either and the ranch was very bland.Overall, I believe Wingstop actually set a new record for how terrible their food is.Overall, if I could summarize how my meal tasted in one photo, it would be as followed:
So I'm at wingstop and the manager Barb is allowing her staff to do whatever they want. One young man is working in flip-flops. She tells them don't throw up the gang signs because there's a customer at counter. A lot of horseplaying going around.I know right now we need the workers but please screen your staff better. It makes it hard for us to come back to your establishment when all you see is everyone on their phones or playing around. Management needs to do better.
My favorite Wing Stop, I drive around 25 mins just to go to this location. I have been going here for over a year and have never had a bad experience.
Rude, slow, and always have some type of excuse for not getting something right!
