A little bit slower than other White Castles in their drive thru area, but the food is usually hot when you get it and your order is correct. That counts for a lot these days!
This food was actually ?. I hate the frozen selection and other locations in other states were not as good. This visit was my determing factor for further visit. I was pleased. Or hungry. ?
They are kind of slow. The morning cashier could be a bit nicer. Her Body language and tone needs work.
My Burger was cold I went back in to let them know the workers got a attitude bout it and it was 10:30 am everything should be hot and fresh that time of the morning will never come back here again

The worst White Castles in the city of Detroit and Warren. This the only one I've been too in the past 10 years that serves old and cold food. Today, I ordered 6 sandwiches, 2 breakfast sandwiches w sausage and bacon, 2breakfast sandwiches plain with sausage and bacon and the two chicken breast meal add bacon too the sandwiches meal with a smoothie. After I paid the 2 breakfast sandwiches w sausage and bacon was correct and 2 chicken breast sandwiches had no bacon and my smoothie was okay. I was missing my fries and the bacon I added to my chicken breast meal and my 2 sandwiches that's plain. Waited 15 mins for some more cold food to be handed to me but the plain sandwiches was rt. The chicken sandwiches never was remade and the patty taste old. I disposed of the fries in the trash they were nasty once I got home. I spent over 20$ and no one enjoyed they meal. This is sad. The owner really needs to clean house. I will drive out of my way to get better quality food from another White Castle. Now that's sad ?
Gotta give this evening crew props, I ordered a 20 case and was on my way home in literally 5mins with my food. These guys and girls didn't play around , this is the fastest I've gotten my food at any place I've gone to. Great service.
Great customer service the 1921 burgers were absolutely delicious and the place was very clean you can't get that at a fast food restaurant too often
-They need to fix the display on the speaker, says closed for the night ... it was 3pm and open. It was displayed when I stopped for lunch (1pm) about 2 months ago as well-The person on the speaker needs to keep her mic muted when taking with someone else instead of getting snotty ("please hold on") with the customer when the customer says "pardon me".-The young man that accepted the payment as well as handed out our food; was very polite.-The cheeseburgers were fresh-The fries were okay, could tell they'd been sitting for a little bit.
Sitting to wait to get our food was taking too long. We ended up going in to get it. Besides this one time hiccup I experienced, I enjoy going to this White Castle.
