The best and fastest White Castle I been to in a rush they probably beat a record????
Went in and the young kid at the register was rude, just rushing our order. And it was quite at that time and other no cars in the drive through. And got to the window and no chat, no thanks or a peep at all. I said thank you and nothing. And get home and the food is wrong and he has pickles on his sliders and no cheese and the chicken rings tasted old. I love White Castle so it so was disappointing.
Recently visited this location. I was greeted by a friendly staff and received the fastest service, plus the freshest White Castle food I’ve ever experienced! Fantastic!!!
Staff treated us right on a Sunday evening with a full line of cars. It took a little extra time to get our food but it came out as ordered and delicious! Jalapeño sliders are delicious.Please bring a location closer to lansing, we won't let you down this time!

Where should I start. I put two stars for disliking it but it was not the food, no. It was the amount of time it took to receive my food the playfulness in the kitchen (Apparently it's about 3 to 6 cars in the Drive-Thru for everyone customer in the lobby). The main problem that I had is that I understand that there is a pandemic going on and that a lot of people are using the drive-through instead of coming indoors, But clean something. The lobby was disgusting, the tables Had garbage on them, the floor was not swept, the pop machine was just splattered with coloring. So you should be really careful of where you get your food because if they don't have enough courtesy to clean the lobby when it is open I can't imagine what they're doing to your food. I forgot to mention the random homeless guy that they let stroll in and out of there getting free drinks.
Always being upcharged and employee can't explain the upcharge. I've ordered the #8 a handful of times and noticed I've been charged for more than what the price menu displays. The menu shows that the #8 is $17.99. When factoring the 6% tax in Michigan (which is $1.08), my total should come out to be $19.07. However, my total is always $20.98. See photo.I've asked the employee that's ringing me up about the price difference and have been told it's just tax... if what the employee saying is true, which I doubt it is, I'm paying over 15% in tax for my food at White Castle. Unbelievable.I understand it's not a huge upcharge, but it's the principal of things. White Castle is a multi-million corporation and should not be doing this, or allowing their employees to do this.
The service was very nice. Order was completed quickly. And the food was delicious! Only thing I would tell them to fix is their soda machine. It was very dirty and it would squirt out soda everywhere.
Drive thru was exciting the fella that took my order had on an banner it was his birthday ? sir thanks for working on your Blessed Birthday and thanks ?white castle team for making sure my food was hot ?and more importantly get my order 100 percent correct I only ask corporate for coupons from time to time.
Drive thru line went quick, person taking order was knowledgeable and food cooked fresh and came to me hot.
