Hmmmmm where should I start ? everyone's lonnnnng hair was lovely and hanging in the fries ? my wonderful bun had hairs sticking out of the bun which I did Return and showed the staff ? The manager walked away after I said could you please stop preparing our food without GLOVES PLEASE !!!Because the young man dropped fries without gloves and bagged fries without gloves on .(No one was rude and very respectful to my request). Second order.Beautiful brown hairs in the buns which I picked out at the counter with the cashier. I'm not sure if they're rodent hair or human but I shall never eat WENDY'S again be it 12mile and Hayes or anywhere else.

Always good service here... only have always used dine in though. Quick service and always friendly

Just disappointed in the staff. The salads have always been good, but the most unfriendly crew of people is beyond me. The are doing me a favor by serving me. Just poor attitudes. No eye contact, thank you or common courtesy. Drive through and counter. Sad.

They have good food but my brother got it the other day and he said that he got food poisoning from it because the burger patty's weren’t good he said there was mold or something on it and it made it him sick. (He didn’t eat the whole thing he saw whatever he saw before he threw it out)

For a Wendy's, this one is pretty good and consistent. I work on the area, and order here sometimes for a quick breakfast or lunch. Morning staff is always veery friendly and quick. Lunch staff is a bit slower, but still pretty friendly. My food is consistently good; I experience minimal issues, nearly none at all. I order via the app, and thats get me in and out (you get rewards too, so check that out). Definitely would recommend.

The burgers were burnt and so salty we couldn't eat them and the fries were cold. Frosty was nice. Way too expensive for the quality!!! Staff not very friendly.

What's not to love about Wendy's? Their pineapple mango lemonade is where its at right now! Get yourself a frosty keychain and enjoy free Jr. Frosties all year with any qualifying purchase!

Had the burbon burger, very good. They talk up their "new fries" as better than mcdonalds... I think I agree. They were much better than the fried potato they used to call fries. The meal was a bit pricey at about $12 with a medium lemonade (which was massive) but overall very satisfied.

I got 2 frostys i waiting in line for over 25 mins and both frostys were melted like they were made the second i ordered them and then sat there for the 25 minutes i waited

I've been through this Wendy's many times and never had an issue. Today (2-2-22 approx. 11:35am-11:45am) was different. Got to the drive through and let them know first that I was placing two separate orders. Got them placed fine and then got to the window. 8.68 for the first order the woman said. Handed her a $10 bill. The gentleman helping her handed me the food for the first order. She then asked for payment for the second order, so i gave her my card. The woman then handed me the coke from the first order and the frosty from the second. Then she gave me my card back. The gentleman was very nice and professional and apologized to me about the wait and even offered me a cookie or frosty, which I politely declined but thanked him for. So then after a minute or so he handed me the rest of my order. I was about to pull away but then realized I never got my change back from the first order. I waited until the woman noticed me and when she opened the window I told her I never got my change. She then shut it, I heard her loudly say something about the drawer, then she handed me a single dollar bill and shut the window, so she didn't give me the change. I waited for a few seconds and when she noticed I was still there she looked at me through the window and started yelling at me saying "GET THE F*** OUT OF THE WAY!" "What are you staring at?!?!?" So then I just drove away. That was absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional. I understand it's just some change but she apparently doesn't understand she's legally obligated to give me back my money and I have every right to request it. If this woman can't even calmly give me my money back (that she's required to anyway), she doesn't deserve to have a job in the service industry. I'm most likely not ever coming back to this Wendy's because of that woman, if I were in charge I would fire her for swearing and yelling at a customer for no good reason. I wasn't giving her a hard time either or give her any attitude, i just wanted my change back. Also, the second burger I ordered was wrong as well.
