My food was handed to me as soon as I pulled to the window...super fast service. I guess that's why it was cold dry and old. My sandwich had no lettuce and the tomato was dead dry. I could not even bite into my sandwich. The only thing that was decent was the mango lemonade. Smh
First time going to this location, used a coupon. Food came out legit fresh, it was literally just made and was hot. potato wedges just came out of the fryer as well. Staff was friendly and courteous
Iv lived here in this area for over 10 years now I go here often to pick up doordash orders and even food for myself in the passed 10 years and I can say that the ex body builder the big black dude who manages this place or supervises it sometimes is an exceptional employee when he is here the food is the best Iv seen the way he takes care of customer multiple times he plays no games he is strict but everything is 100. The other white lady tho I don't think she knows what she's doing she charged me $11 for a $6.09 sandwich talking about Whitmers food tax but when I go in other times it's not as much as she charge.
Why do I have to ask for a receipt?? Only to be told our receipt machine is broke - ridiculous. Why hasn't the receipt machine been fixed?? Customers should receive a receipt for their order...Irritated. Other than that the Chilli was good.
they stole my debit card information while I was here yesterday and I thought it was odd that they did not run my card at the window they took it and walked away for about 3 minutes. I woke up this morning and my debit card has been breached. Not only did I wait in line for 27 minutes just for them to take my order. They didn't get my order right not one meal was correct. But they in fact stole my credit card information. I sat in line and ordered food and got my food in a period of about 42 minutes. Don't go here they will steal your information and use it to buy gym clothes or whatever else they want. But I gave him the better the doubt I thought it was odd I even told my wife that I thought they stole it wasn't 100% sure until I got messages last night and this morning that my card was used online.Edit. I did work with Management and unfortinatly they only have Live feed cameras here. So apperently ownership doesn't care about the employees or the customers. Its Best to advoid this store all together.
As soon as we got into the drive in, the person a the speaker took forever to respond and wasn't very clear about anything. They told us they didn't sell Jr bacon cheese burger 4 for 4s anymore and we worked around that. However, they didn't sell the original chicken sandwich 4 for 4 either and didn't bother to tell us until we trued to order it. We then ordered a completely different order and got up to the window. They got the order wrong and we had to go back.
Waited 20 minutes in drive through, literally was only the 2nd car in line, watched car getting their order come back to pickup window cuz order was wrong, then car in front finally got to order only to wait at least 5 minutes to be told to pull forward. After the 5 additional minutes I left. Not sure how this place is open for business.
This Wendy's used to be quick, but now every single time I come here there is a ridiculous drive thru line. I stopped coming for awhile, because every time I do a mobile order, I have to go through the drive thru. This time, I saw that the carryout option was available, and I ordered specifically so I could pick it up; but when I got to the restaurant the door was locked and no one picked up the phone when I called. This could've been avoided had the app been correct about not being able to carry out. I guess I'll have to find another Wendy's to go to.
Bad experiences. First time gotten a cold burger, cheese was looking old and stale on the ends, second time. Guy was so miserable taking my order, he was sigh and annoyed. And the world want me to believe these establishments deserve 15 bucks an hr?. Never again will i shop here. Wendy great. This place. Not so much
They just gave a burger that wasn’t fully cooked. Daves single. && there is no receipt in my bag to leave a review or call up there… it’s currently 5:46pm and no one else was in line.
