the staff in the morning need a pep talk because they are rude and just so in a rush. Like i worked in customer service for 7 years and there’s no reason to treat people like that.
The employee at the drive through was SO RUDE!!!! Worst customer service at a fast food place you could get. It was such a toxic experience, they obviously reflected the hate this establishment feels towards their customers. Also the 2 sandwhiches ordered were burnt. Don't expect anything more than bare minumim from these Jerks.
I was given a stale donut was to far to come back. It was gross dont you guys bake daily? Or are you guys selling day old donuts?? Spent 11 dollArs that day coffee is always good tho
If I could give 0 stars I would as we sat in the drive through for 10 min an nobody came to the speaker or window. Website says open till 9 and It was 7:55pm.
I just got home from this location. I ordered a number 2 combo meal and they totally screwed my order up. They never asked me what I wanted to drink or my side. Will never go back to that location. I will go out of my way to go to another location or just hit a Dunkin’. The sandwich I asked without lettuce but you can see the picture and that was the lettuce on the sandwich
The coffee is never hot at this location somehow. This is the picture of the bagel with cream cheese, that I was charged extra for, and had to ask for the rest of my order. No clue what they're doing in there. They don't use bags either, they hand you each item separately.I'll drive out of my way to go to a better store.

Nina and Jacob are excellent with customer care. They saw that I wanted a particular cookie and donut and went above and beyond. I love this duo!
Customer service is absolutely horrible now. No one would take my order and would look at me and walk away. The "supervisor" even looked at me and decided to make a personal phone call and was swearing and yelling to whoever it was in front of my daughter. Clearly they need to figure out their staffing because this is the worst it has ever been.
The employees should know about the Tim Hortons app and try to help the customer with the app. My ice coffee was made correctly and I liked it.
