Coffee not very good here. Hot or iced. Turkey bacon sandwich wasn't great either. Go to a different location.
Me and my father had a great breakfast there had excellent service! The food and drinks were ? as well !
Irish cream cold Brew. The lady in training made it the first time under the direction of the manager. It was FABULOUS! I spend a lot of $$ here(and the Van Dyke location)... about $30/ week. until I buy myself an Expresso machine. I ordered the Irish cream cold Brew ..It was terrible! I told her something is wrong. Does not look right. So, she added the cold Brew foam. The drink was tasteless, watered down, cost me nearly $5. I did not have the time or energy to go back. I as so upset. I haven't even been back for my Expresso to either location. I didn't appreciate wasting my limited time & I'd like a refund or (Sara) to make my drink. I believe that was her name. I haven't seen her since.
I went in to get an order at 11:38 Am to get an order and cashier was super nice and kinda even complimented my nightmare before Christmas Grinch hoodie I wish I could have gotten her name but she was on register three that 11:30 in the morning really nice girl and very polite and I recommend her every time I go in now she was very helpful letting me know what they had and what they were out of made up my coffee perfect
Our new church near this location on Hoover Road in Warren...wanna make sure this is the location in question. If so, staff needs to do waaaaay better. Girl sweeping the floor behind the counter...dust flying with baked goods exposed. I really didn't need to see that. Went today, inside drive thru quite busy. I ordered 3 donuts and had to ask for the tissue wax paper. I was asked ,"Oh you want that?". How else do I remove the donut to eat it? ?
Great coffee. Great service. Just wish the Boston cream had a different packaging method. I usually pull out a plain cream filled donut. The chocolate sticks to the bag ?
They make my drinks good BUT food is always cold, if not wrong. They swiped my card twice without saying anything because they rung the order wrong. Locking my card because they messed up. Here for drinks only is good. Anything else, go somewhere else.
Coffee taste like they used the same grounds repeatedly. Got a dark roast and normal both were extremely weak. I cant even drink it, it's so bad.
The latte's are very good but the breakfast sandwiches are not hot at all tried three different (days) breakfast from them to see if the sandwiches would at least have the cheese melted and not one of them were hot. Disappointed
3 egg and cheese croissants all stale and cold. French vanilla cappuccino with whip cream tasted like water. I want a refund.
