Friendly service good coffee
Did not get the correct coffee that was ordered. And the sesame seed bagel that I wanted toasted with butter and cream cheese was given to me and was burnt to crisp and I had to have it remade. So everything that I ordered had to be remade. Not happy about this experience.
My go to spot for coffee. I also like there ham egg and cheese biscuits. They are always very super friendly. Love the fact it is only a half mile away from me.
Coffee is delicious and the donuts are really good. Customer service is 2nd to none!
You always feel welcome here very friendly and they have ice cream and a nice place outside when weather permits
Over priced compared to other TH.Got a bagel us was burned, how do they burn and manage to end up not toasted at the same time? Nasty.Blob of cream cheese in the middle... like really? I wanted to go back but line was outrageous
Rushed through the drive thru horrible service at the window then I was handed a bag with a hash brown just thrown in it. No sleeve just plain in the bag. Coffee lid wasn't pressed on. Absolutely awful tim Hortons will never go to that one again!!
I go to this Tim Hortons a lot. I do like their iced cappuccino, bagels, ice cream. In the evenings, I do enjoy going for the occasional ice cream or two. The staff they have in the evenings have been wonderful. They are kind. I just wanted to leave this review to say how nice I appreciate the kindness and compassion. In this day and age, it's hard to find that with what is happening. Hopefully more people if any age will take note that there is kindness and pass it along!!
Today at 11:50 I was disrespected by an old middle eastern lady just by asking for a fresh coffee. Also not just that when I pulled up to the window they were talking trash about me in their language thinking that I didn’t understand them! I speak their language! There were 3/4 ladies there at the window Ganging up on me. They didn’t want to serve me all that because I told the lady behind the speakers to not yell at me for asking for a fresh coffee. I am very disgusted by their employees and I hope they Either change the employees or close the store down!
The customer experience was horrible to say the least. The young lady who helped me not only got my order wrong but was handling money and serving as well, touching my donuts with the same gloves.
