I really do not recommend coming and getting donuts or timbits here because they do not throw out the donuts at the end of the night. They also have an issue with flies getting onto the donuts and even though they are made aware of the issue they continue to serve these bug infested pastries. Another thing I will note is that the staff is extremely unprofessional, if customers are in the store they don't watch their mouths, it's really not that good of customer service. And any time I have ordered a drink it tastes like they forgot something and it's always so syrupy like they didn't mix it completely.
Disgusting !!!! worst Tim Hortons I have ever had in my life .only 3 pieces of ice in my iced coffee. Waited 20 mins inside while they took car for the drive thru. Lock your doors if you dont want customers to come down from their cars . Horrible !
The worst Tim hortons in Michigan . They overcharge you and take forever for your order and still get it wrong . The coffee and breakfast taste terrible .

Decent customer service but horrible delivery of ordered product, the last four times going to this joint, I ordered dark roast coffee and these dilettante give me regular blend every time, at first I figured it was a mistake but by the fourth time I realized, this is their modus operandi.

I have visited many Tim Horton restaurants in the warren, Sterling Heights and Madison heights area and I get the same order at each: a medium coffee with three cubes of ice … to take the burn away. I tell myself let me get my coffee from this store… ABSOLUTELY DUMB PEOPLE AT WINDOW! My coffee was ice cold and filled over the brim it seems like cause when I took lid off to make sure; S—- spilled over me and my car as they grin telling me if I ask for ice, it’s gonna be cold BUTTHEADS, this the only store I EVER got cold coffee with 3 pieces ice. Called manager cause I and my car smell like coffee and she dumb acting too. Might as well close this store on weekends anyway cause they need people who understand ( at least English).. I suggest go to ANY Tim Horton and avoid this one. Be aware…
