It's just fast food. The boxes are decent and the prices aren't terrible

Arrived to pick up online order and checked in at the counter. Waited over 20 minutes. Manager said they gave my order to someone in the drive thru so they need to remake it. Another 10 minutes. Got my order and went home to find out I did not get the soft tacos my grand kids ordered. They were some what busy, thats no excuse for multiple errors on a single order.
Really slow due to only two staff members food was good employee was very pleasant
5 layer Cheesy Burritos were delicious. Very filling and affordable.
One word to describe my latest taco craving... Satisfying! Lol. I mean it's Taco Bell. I ordered 3 soft tacos and 3 hard. Additionally, I ordered two Doritos tacos (love 'em!). My wife ordered the chicken chalupa meal and we were good to go.This particular Taco Bell was prompt and professional. I'd go there again and I recommend it.
I ordered breakfast today thru door dash I was told they couldn't fill my order because a door dash order before me ordered $200 worth of breakfast and they didn't have eggs left. This place knew they had that big order and continued to accept orders they knew they couldn't fulfill. I called to find out what the issue was and a lady that worked there got loud with me on the phone and had an attitude. When I asked for her name to call corporate she proceeded to hang up on me
Went to the kiosk board to place my order tried to pay with my card and was told my card was declined. So I tried another card declined went to the counter and told declined. My paycheck is on my cards so its not declining at nowhere else ive been today. Not possible went across the street to another restaurant and got lunch Not declined. Taco Bell lost out on my money
No napkins or straw a few times now that I've been through the drive through and they didn't give me a receipt neither time for me to complain to corporate office. Other than that, food is good but customer service and pride in doing the job are non-existent! Go to a different taco bell and save yourself the hassle.
