Ordered a "beef burrito" was rang up as this "new" beefy melt burrito, when I got to the window I explained to the young man "I only want the meat, cheese and red sauce", he then tells me "we don't have a burrito like that", I then again repeat what I wanted "I'd like just the meat, SHREDDED cheese NOT the liquid cheese, cause I can't handle all that liquid cheese and red sauce". I hear someone in the back say "that's fine we can make that". I get home to unwrap my said "beef burrito" only to find it still being this "beefy melt burrito". If you say "we can make that" and DO make it, then please by all means GIVE IT TO THE CUSTOMER especially when I stated "I can't handle all that liquid cheese sauce". Thankfully I ordered tacos as well, (which were over over loaded with lettuce, like WHERES THE BEEF) otherwise I'd of been s.o.l for dinner.
If you come through the drive-thru late at night, you can be almost positive that the staff will ignore you. They don't even acknowledge you being there, waiting on them to take your order. After giving up and pulling out of the lot, after being ignored by the staff for 5 minutes, I saw through the window that they were all standing around, socializing, while ignoring customers. Never will I come to this location again.
I decided to stop at taco bell today, they got my order wrong the 1st time so I went back up there INSIDE this time for them to get my order WRONG AGAIN... I seriously cannot believe it.. how hard is a soft taco combo & 4 cheese rolls? I'm completely furious right now. Seeing I have to wait to go back AGAIN for them to fix it because I have to grab kids from school.
Very confusing at this location. Drive thru was extremely busy so walked in and they have 3 kiosks and nobody up front. Mexican pizza isn't on kiosk. I spent about thirty minutes there trying to order a Mexican pizza for a elderly woman I take care of :(
Hit and miss with this place from service to food. And for the love,,, have a sufficient amount of staff scheduled and open the damn dining area! Myself and 2 other vehicles just pulled in and left. Waiting in a 15 car line being our only option is not close to acceptable.
Some people's was inside I thought it's open for dine in . Wow guy start yelling on my drive thru ? drive thru. Is this kind of behavior acceptable? I promise my self I will never again . Corporate should look at that. There so many miss behavior by employees.
The inside service was great. When I got my food they had messed up the tacos when I asked for no cheese and just lettuce on my taco, they put no lettuce just cheese. The nachos also tasted like wax and I wasn’t the only one in my family who thought so. I go to this Taco Bell all the time but today was not a good day!
This is the most God awfully slow Taco Bell in my area. I have never gone here and sat in the drive thru for less than 10 minutes food is decent, but not sure if it just because I'm starving by the time I get my food. As I pull in, with 8+ cars in the drive thru, I glance inside and they are sitting in the dinning room staring at their phone. The only reason I gave it 2 stars and come back is because the next Taco Bell near me is 3 miles away. So I'm stuck with this poorly operated location
Order 6 things at 7:30 pm and kid starts laughing over the microphone. Tells me they have one like cook and can’t do HUGE orders…..Cancelled my order and drove off. Wish I had a job were I could act like that, lazy, and pick and choose when to work and when not to.
wish I could give no stars for how horrible this place is. Went the other day and they barely put any meat on my breakfast burrito and I got steak that cost extra. Today I went to go get myself some breakfast cause it was close by thought I'd give them another chance, this time there was people there and no one answering, if you're short staffed can't take the orders at the moment at least say something over the speaker. You have one job it's not that hard to be nice on top of it. They open at 7, I went there at 8:45.. so that says alot..
