Definitely won’t be coming back. I’m convinced you guys just can never get anything right. I’ve ordered from here multiple times & my order is wrong every. single. time. I ordered a veggie bowl with no sour cream, guac or tomatoes with extra avocado ranch. And to no surprise, I have all 3. And more than just extra ranch. I asked for extra but I didn’t say drown the entire bowl in it
I wish I could get them 0 stars very unprofessional tasha closed the lobby one and a half early with people still inside and was very rude about it. Why have store hours posted if you can't prove service during posted time? Then they said drive only ? to make people wait in a long line when they get to the order they said they are not taking any more order I'm like you can't be serious. Never spending money with taco hell
I'm gonna say this once but I would say it twice if Google let me, you a Lil b**** if u complain about this particular location. I have lived all over the country and this is by far the best taco bell I've ever been to even in the aftermath of a pandemic they are straight killing it. Thank you 13 and hoover!!!
Friendly staff. The only issue was waiting in line 15 minutes in the drive thru. If I wasn't making this food order for my son I probably would have driven off before paying and gone to my usual Taco Bell, but I waited. I understand some businesses do not have enough help, but maybe being up front about that would make a person more understanding when waiting so lunch for their food.
We ordered our food and they had us pull up. Wrong food was given, so we were waiting for them to give us the right food. No receipt was given, they didn’t know what we ordered, and they came out three different times to check and ask us. Everyone was honking at us in line so we pulled in a parking lot to go inside to talk to them. The doors were locked and they had just gone outside to talk with us without the food again. Instead of talking to me they looked at me and walked away. I called the store to talk to someone with no answer. I then pulled around and waited in line again to talk to someone and just ask for my money back. The woman on the speaker just kept telling me they weren’t taking orders while I was trying to talk to her until I yelled and told her I wasn’t there to order I was there to get my money back for food I didn’t receive. She then politely told us to pull to the side and about 5 minutes later we finally got our food. Worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. At least they got us the food in the end.
The only reason I go to this taco bell is because it's the closest one on my way home. Every single time I go here, which is not very often, they forget multiple items or I get someone else's order, which is never anything close to what I ordered. My 7 year old nephew could do better than their staff. To add insult to injury they are constantly upping their prices, so I end up paying more for poor quality service. If your looking to satisfy your taco needs, I recommend going somewhere else, unless you are craving disappointment and hunger.
They gave me the wrong bag and I had to go all the way back because I can’t eat meat or cheese. They wouldn’t give me a refund or gift card because the manager wasn’t in today. Other people came back with wrong orders while I was waiting. All my items were in the bag but they were STILL wrong and still had cheese. SMH. Joshua at the register was great though, I couldn’t do the survey for him because I had to give them back my receipt.
Got the wrong food waited 20 minutes then a worker asks me why am I here because I’m holding up the line. At this point I just wanted my money back. But I didn’t even get a receipt. Drive through worker told me no longer taking orders.
Don't go here.Staff in a screaming fight at 12pm on Good Friday. Swearing & threatening violence towards customers in front of my 6 & 10 year old nieces. Nearly a physical altercation. Cops showed up.Order was wrong, and prices are outrageous now.
Use to live around the corner and would have gone regularly but its always closed, have not had ice for drinks here for months. Foods cold if you even get what you ordered. Beware and find another location
