the red head guy is always rude to customers and complains the whole time he's working. and he refused to make the sub I wanted today. please fire him or I won't be back.

Terrible Customer Service…I came here three years ago and recently went a few days ago and this is the exact reason why i will never go there again. This red haired guy had a complete attitude first thing we walked in, kept rolling his eyes, you could just tell he didn’t want to work at all, complete weirdo i’d also say. Managers need to really see who their hiring before they accept them as a employee and if he’s the manager then thats completely outraged. Me and my family literally walked out within a minute, if you don’t want to work somewhere you shouldn’t be working there at all . I always wondered why they get no customers and THIS IS WHY !!!
I'm also in agreement with everyone on here, the red-headed young man that works at this location needs to be fired! He's arrogant, condescending, eye rolling, nasty attitude, he doesn't like his job he needs to quit! They are going to lose a lot of customers at this location due to his attitude. They have lost a customer in me.
It was a great experience. The food was fresh and the manager and the employees were awesome!!!! I had a great time. :)
Just like all of the other reviews on here, the red haired kid needs to go. I just left the location, I waited about 4 to 5 minutes before he even said hello and then as customers came in behind me he would mumble under his breath "yay more customers".. This location seriously needs to change especially since all of the comments are the same and about the same person. He seemed much happier that the customers were leaving instead of staying and supporting the place that he works for.
This place is ridiculous! They don’t know how to make the subs on the menu and if they’re done wrong they’ll be super frustrated at needing a sub remade! This place seems to be dirty as hell as there’s a toddler running around the store doing whatever they want! Horrific service !!!!!
I went thier on nov 26 around 9:00pm and Ashley was thier she was supper nice and wonderful. There was no tuna it was almost closing time she went extra mile making it for me. She is a hardworking person I can tell. Her professionalism was top notch. Thank you Ashley you made my night that day. We need more worker like her.

They make the food really fast, and are very cheerful and nice! Custumer service is amazing, and the workers are really friendly!
