Was such a great experience, the girl that was working was really into making sure I was taken care of, she was funny making me laugh, I walked in in such a gloomy mood and left in high spirits while eating awesome food! I will definitely be back as long as she is working! I feel horrible not remembering her name maybe Trisha or Trista?

The worst experience ever! the employee was *high* doesn't listen to what I say and keeps walking away and took almost 15 minutes just for talking and smiling to his own self! Even tho i was the only costumer in the store!! All what he said is he wants to be my friend!!! Seriously? I just walked away. If you want to watch the cameras you'll see what he was doing. Subs were very good, however the prices are VERY INFLATED now. People need to eat,what money we do have in this Pandemic, at least bring down these prices

Omg had the worst experience here. It was dirty. Stuff all over the place. The worker kept going on her phone with gloves on and she didn’t even spread my tuna on the bread.
Went there and they said they only had wheat bread and 6 inch white but they had bread on the cooling rack and the kid was rude to the custimer a head of me.

Placed an online order for 2 subs that I paid online already. I had my daughter go pick up the order and the lady at the cashier said there is no order online. My daughter shows her the email confirmation that it was ordered and already paid. The worker still wouldn’t make our subs and says we have to call our credit card to get our money back. I called the worker on the phone and said if she can just make me out subs because i already paid for them. She hung up the phone on me and I tried calling and she wouldn’t pick up. I just want me subs or my money back. Don’t take my money if you’re not going to give me my food!
