Very cool to have a starbucks in a kroger. Now i can run around and shop with the speed of a cheetah on crack
The women at the Starbucks was so lazy and rude she said her name was Alesia but I believe she was lying she dropped my cup on the floor and picked it up trying to make my drink in a dirty cup then proceeded to tell me they can not scan my Starbucks stars or use my gift card and told me she was busy even though no one was in line she also told me their is no such thing is an oatmeal espresso worst service I ever had never go to this Starbucks and if u see “alysia” do not get anything thing from her she didn’t even wash her hands after touching the ground I tried to be as nice as possible even with her bad additude to set an example I told her to have a goodnight and just proceeded on my way to another star bucks
I asked the lady at the register to pick me drink. She was really nice and what she picked was really good
Usually great coffee but for the past two weeks they could only pour you a plain coffee. Their machine wasn't working. I can see it being broken one time but a week later still not working? I did not make a purchase.
Amazing worker and definitely deserve a long break and be allowed to take tips. The worker was all by himself and was so kind even though he could take his break. So Kroger allowed the workers to take a least a 20 minute break and be allowed to take tips
The worst coffee I've ever had. If you like your coffee without loads of sugar and syrups, go elsewhere.
I don't usually go to Starbucks inside of stores because they don't have order ahead and I like to use the app to pay so I can get double my stars (you fellow Starbucks fans know what I'm talking about) but I decided to go on a whim one day when all the other local Starbucks near me were out of my favorite drink. I was pleasantly surprised, especially due to the fact that the team member helping me was being trained at the time. She did a wonderful job and made my drink very well, even with her trainer closely monitoring over her and she seemed like she knew what she was doing like a seasoned veteran, and I got the vibe she was going to catch on quick and be a good team member. I go to that Kroger often and I still see that she works there so it's good to know that she's still there. So again, I have learned don't judge a book by its cover, the Starbucks inside of the grocery stores can compete with the standalone stores lol.
Drinks have always been made correctly. Although since the pandemic the line can be a little slow. I believe this has been due to short staff.
I must fave drove by the Starbucks, however the aroma was worth the drive. I have a tendency not to spend that much money on iced coffee moco's. Do they do smell great and I have been in that store before service is great place is very clean everybody was polite no I'm pretty sure they're closed yet inside dining now but I'm not sure.
I really really wish they would start Selling organic coffee beans or non-GMO coffee beans... their coffee is laden with toxins. Their Coffee is already pricey...why are they not using that extra money that they get from the sales of their coffee to purchase a better, healthier quality coffee?!
