Its Starbucks.. they are all similar in my opinion..its a chain after all. The coffee was good, the service in this case was great hence the 4th star. The ladies at the window were very nice. The service was fast as well.Although I'm not a fan of this chain and virtually never go there, I would recommend this location if you are looking for Starbucks coffee . Give them a try.
Employees are usually nice and doing their best. What makes this location terrible is lack of leadership and perhaps training. After waiting for 45 minutes to get a Frappuccino, it was wrongly made. I ordered extra whipped cream on top and it was hardly any. Gentleman on duty (Konstantine)identified himself as a general manager & said “it can happen sometimes” To his credit he did agree to refund the money & to let me keep wrongly made drink.
Whoever was in charge of making the strawberry Frappuccino’s today did a phenomenal job. Usually when I go to Starbucks and get a strawberry frappe I always ask for caramel to be added and sometimes you wonder if they even put the caramel in there. Today my mind was blown I never knew that a strawberry Frappuccino with caramel could taste so good! shout out to the staff you made this pregnant woman very happy.
Always greeted at the door. My mobile orders are always on time. Well except one time but it was so busy I could see them struggling to keep up. It was a hot mess in there but they kept their composure.
This is by far one of the most busy Starbucks in the morning. With that said....I wish peole would be more polite and not be so rude to the crew if they have to wait. If you're in a time crunch, just put your mobile order in 10 minutes earlier than you normally would. The mobile orders take time and with the amount of orders coming in this location , its going to get backed up. This Starbucks crew bust thier a$$es and hustle to get those drinks out. Its not like they are sitting around chit chatting. NO need to complain or be rude to them!! I think this location is great and they make my drink the best out of all the locations I visit! :)
One of the guy employees were very nice! The other day a male customer snatched my drink before i could even grab it and had to wait another 5-10 minutes for another drink. The next day the male employee from that day felt bad and gave me my drink on the house! The employee deserves a good raise for good customer service ☺️?
It's Starbucks. Usually pretty top-notch coffee and other drinks. Menu leaves much to be desired as the portions are very small for the price they charge. On top of having gotten rid of several menu items which were personal favorites forcing me to skip getting anything there and just picking up a coffee from Speedway for a dollar and a half rather than 699 4 something that isn't going to be prepared properly and getting overcharged for it
One of my favorite locations, my mobile order is always ready quickly and they make my drink correctly. Staff always takes a second to say hello when I walk in even when they are busy and I appreciate that.
Absolute great experience!!! This location doesn’t discriminate, is timely and polite!!! Everyone’s got colored hair!!! Jus an awesome vibe!! Great management. Clean store!!! Clearance items for sale!!!! And the girl with the prosthetic leg is an absolute treat!!!! Made my drink perfect!!!! For those who want a DanntFrapp ; it’s 1 Large caramel (or ultra caramel) frapp. + vanilla bean powder. Light ice. 12 pumps of caramel syrup Light drizzle on top n in the cup, and BOOM. FRAPP Heaven!!! Thank me later ?
Consistently good. My wife likes the caramel macchiatos, and they have been consistently good. Seems like many other locations just don’t get the mix right. They seem to be pretty good with having inventory, and they’re quick.
