We went inside and placed a decently large order. The staff were patient and efficient. They forgot one of the sauces at first but everything else was correct and delicious.
This place is terrible. I haven't been in months and if it wasn't for my kid I would've rode right pass. The line wasn't long so I decided to stop. You can't pick up Mobile orders thru the drive Thru even tho it's on the app. Waited 30 mins on top of the 15 I Waited for in the drive thru. Employees move like molasses. Makes sense why they work here. Do not waste your precious life here. Close this location down and send em to another location so yall can have full staff. Manager moving slow and talking on the phone. Ridiculous! To the BBB website I go. They making food with no gloves on. I didn't check my order cuz I was so irritated. Get home and my large fry is half full.
This Popeyes drive thru wasn't customer service ready. Repeated the order 4x. One vehicle in front of me backed up to the window. I waited 27 minutes for them to receive their orders. I cut my engine off to save gas. I received 1 cold sandwich & one warm. They also failed to give me a receipt. So sad. ?
CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!I ordered the 3PC. meal.I specifically asked for 3 thighs, beans and rice and a extra side of Mac 'n cheese.(That I paid extra for).Got to my room and found 2 overcooked thighs and 1 extremely over cooked and dried out breast that I couldn't even eat.And NO mac 'n cheese !.They were out of butter and honey for the biscuit.OBVIOUSLY, the owner or manager never eat here.I think I know why.Worst $13 I've spent all year.
The absolute worst fast food place in Warren... which is amazing because all of the fast food places on Hoover are terrible.I waited 30 minutes in line for my online order, only to be told they don't carry seafood any more. Even though it's on the front of the building and the main thing in the drive thru order sign.I'm filing a charge back on my amex.
The people working here were super polite and the food was delicious (as usual)! I got here later in the evening and the lobby was closed. Not sure what time they close the lobby but the drive through was open until 10pm. They were out of tenders and nuggets.
Very fast and chicken was very good
Wish I had read the reviews before hand ?♀️ 1st and last time at this location. Not only was my 6 piece of breast only all thighs, they were dry. At least our dog will be happy for a few days with what we could salvage.
No matter what time I go to this one it seems like the only thing they have to sell is the fish sandwich and tenders. All I wanted is the chicken sandwich but they never have anything this one on Hoover is horrible. I wish u could put negative stars I would make it a negative 5 star or more
The only good thing I can say about the fish sandwich is the spiciness, it was mainly batter, and they put a little dab of tartar sauce and nothing else! There coleslaw is plain tasting, they ran out of Mac & cheese 3 hrs after opening WTH the chicken was very good
