I just ordered a Chicken sandwich combo with Cole slaw and a Dr Pepper. The total of the order was $8.53, When I go to pay they tell me if I don't have the 53 cents then I'll have to pay $9. So I over pay 47 cents for my order, and they could not print a receipt. only so I pull away from the drive thru and find out they gave me utensil for my coleslaw, no straw for my drink. To top it off, the Dr Pepper has no carbonation and is flat and undrinkable. I wonder how much they make off this no change scam a night. Popeye's corporate should take a hard look at this location. I know next time I want a chicken sandwich I'll go to KFC
Just left the drive thru. The sevice was quick however I ordered a five piece tender mal with fries. Only received 4 tenders and the fries were ICE COLD and hard. The tenders were also cold. The cashier was not pleasant at all. Also they never have honey who wants a cold hard biscuit with no honey. Prices are too high to not get what you ordered and what you get is cold and you end up throwing it away.
This place is barely open, they dont have the full menu ever, and the cashiers are pushy and impatient, also they do not serve large drinks, and service in drive thru is slow as molasses... avoid this place if you actually want a good meal quickly!
It always takes a half hour to get through the drive thru, lobby is never open, and the last three times I went they were out of chicken sandwiches. The food is good but it isn't that good
I left. After waiting in the usual long drive thru line they tell me no chicken sandwiches, no nuggets and a long list of other items. I usually expect a long wait for no reason at Popeyes but no chicken, give me a break. The couple in front of me found something to order and they said it would be 15 minutes. Popeyes is beyond repair and just needs to find new owners or just shutdown and make room for another restaurant.
It was a horrible experience. The card machine was down in Drive thru so you had to go in and once you got in they would only sell wings to those buying a family meal. Please forgive me but I was taught that you sell things and make the money that's currently in the house. The manager said that she was told by her boss to save the cooked wings for big orders until their truck came. The price on the menu board was lower than the register price. Anywhere else that would be a scan error or difference of price and should be corrected. The staff tried their best to be pleasant but the upper level management has to do better preparing the local restaurant for quality customer service and success.
I just left this store went to drive thru they said you would have to come in to place order. I went in to place my order and the cashier informed me you had to pay by card or have exact amount. I didn't ask why I'm just done it's always something with this store.
Ordered through DoorDash yesterday, chicken sandwich meal with Mac and cheese and a kids meal. Was called by the dasher to inform me they didn’t have anything that I ordered. So no chicken at a place that serves mostly chicken… ended up cancelling and ordering somewhere else.
I would like to give y'all two thumbs down poor customer service an the tall dark skinned male with the purple durag on today that got irate for me asking for help after standing in line with no aknowledgement at all I don't eat here I was door dashing worst place I ever delt with
Food was cold and old! Cashier rude and looked like she was ready to kill someone! That was 45.00 on a family meal that I will never spend at this Popeyes on 8 mile and Dequinder in Warren?
