Our waiter was not friendly at all. She seemed super rushed and rushed us. She walked away as I was still placing my order. I did not expect this.
The app was acting up at checkout so I came n and placed my order. The ladies working the desks were nice, helpful and attentive. I like the fact they text to tell you when your order is ready. And it was ready a few minutes before there projected time. Sorry food smelled too good to take time for pics…maybe next time!

Excellent location! I have picked up food from this location every since the beginning of covid. Their pickup procedure is second to none and is nothing less than fantastic! Especially on Mother's Day!, they manage the crowd extremely well. Love this place! A++++
It's been a long time since I've been to an Olive Garden and we all had the best time. It was a last minute birthday celebration for 4 people but a total of 15 and Olive Garden really accommodated us. Our waiter Nigel went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with everything. All the food that we ordered were delicious and more then enough and plus some. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Nigel!
I took my Cousin to Olive Garden for lunch. They gave a free dessert of choice. Dessert cost only 1? Less then our entree. Me and cousin sis all had eggplant parmesan with spaghetti. Cook just right. Waitress was very good. Ask for more sauce we got it. I would go there again.
Anthony, as listed in other reviews was really great. The good was hot and tasty. We celebrated a birthday dinner for my mom and my daughter and Anthony brought out some personalized desserts.Awesome service, we had a great time.
My family and I went to the Olive Garden in warren Michigan twice. The first time while we were eating their was a spider in my sisters food. When we told the waiter they have her another plate but told us that does happen in the room we were seated in. Today when we went back to the same place it was horrible!! The wait times were ridiculous and our waiter was horrible. He forgot our plates and it took 20 min for our salad to come out. Our appetizers were ordered on the machine when we sat down and it took 30 minutes to get to our table and it wasn’t hot. Our waiter never checked in on us we had to grab a waitress to get his attention and after sitting their for an hour we finally got our entrees but they were all cold to the touch and they waiter did not apologize for it. He only took the plates we sent back off our bill and didn’t do anything else to make up for not giving us our food on time. Even to take our payment we had to go up to the front and have someone grab him and he stopped at 2 tables before getting to our table to grab the money. This experience was absolutely horrendous and I will never recommend this place to anyone. My family and I love Olive Garden but the food and staff did not meet the standards that you have for a restaurant.
I love this Olive Garden. There is never a wait to be seated and they have the best quality food of any Olive Garden in the Metro Detroit area. I had the Salmon with Broccoli and it was honestly better than Salmon I have gotten from much fancier restaurants! The drinks were great, our server was attentive and I was on a date, they made every effort to sit us next to the fireplace, without either of us even asking! It's that kind of attention to detail that gets a 5 star in my book. Come out and try the new drinks and the sauce dippers for the breadsticks. Honestly one of the best Olive Gardens I have ever been to.
We were so disappointed with our experience we visited for my daughter's 16th birthday. Two tables that got sat over ten minutes after us received there salads and bread sticks before we saw anything..we didn't receive any bread sticks till after we were done eating our soups and salads. And our noodles were hard and dried you could tell of our food was waiting under heat lamps for a long period of time. After we paid our bill on the kiosk we had to wait another ten minutes to get our to go meals.. it was frustrating to see everyone around us with great service and hot food and unfortunately our waitress was not on top of it. The food would of been great warm but unfortunately the service and wait time ruined the experience
