What happened to this restaurant. The food here and the staff used to be fabulous , no complaints ever. The prices went up but the food quality went down. This Oasis location just like the one they opened on Vandyke will close eventually due to bad service and the unfortunate change in the food quality. It was definitely the best mediterranean restaurant,the best?
Thy over charged me fr my food. The menu online doesnt hve updated prices and thats what I usually order off of. Food quality was soo bad the shwarma wraps were cold and barely any meat in it mistly had veggies in it. Manager didnt even want to communicate he was sooo focused on me checking the menu.
It's probably my favorite place for Mediterranean food. We tried chicken shawarma, the bread was homemade and delicious. Big portions and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place.
I’ve been going here for years, but sadly tonight might’ve been my last night. I was given the rice with almonds instead of the fries had I asked for with my chicken shawarma platter. They gave me soup instead of the house salad I ordered. There was a hair imbedded in my girlfriend’s chicken shawarma sandwich. In the past, sandwiches came in a to-go box with a side of hummus. Tonight, the sandwiches were thrown carelessly into the bottom of the bag where the other take out containers were placed on top. My girlfriend was also given the wrong size Greek salad. This was not worth $59.70 but at least the garlic sauce & pita bread was delicious. Never had a problem with the other location, just this one.
They’ve lost my business, unfortunately. Watery hummus, garlic sauce has barely any taste and I feel like I got ripped off ordering the “mixed grilled” today. I received 3 cubes of each steak and chicken plus the Kafta, WHICH WOULD BE FINE but for $20 I’d expect a full kabobs worth of each steak and chicken right?? Disappointing. First bad experience of many times I’ve been here but it will be the last with all the other Mediterranean restaurants in the area.
So on top of them cancelling 20% of my order for no reason, they also couldn’t read the one modification I made to the sandwiches—NO TOMATO. It seems they may have been angry while making it because not only were there extra tomatoes, but the sandwich was smashed.Terrible quality food from people that do not understand what customer service is or how to read a ticket.I would rate 0 stars, but Yelp isn’t as honest as I am.
Would’ve given 0 stars if that was an option. Worst customer service. Rude staff. Had to ask for silverware twice to get it. Ordered fattoush salad and garlic pita bread. Food was salty. The girl at the register was fighting with another customer while I was having food. Never ever going back.
yum-O-la this place is great, been there 3 times now and have never been disappointed. Good portions and mighty tasty. Friendly staff, the place is clean and you can eat in or take away
That place is a dump! I would give 0 stars if I could. The place is dirty, the staff don’t care. Wait a long time for any food. It’s so sad, I was at this restaurant about five years ago and it was lovely. Must be new owners.
Good lunch time food. Really Enjoyed their kafta and chicken ghallaba. Worth the price!!!
